WELCOME TO FAIRVIEW LAKE YMCAYOUR HOME AWAY FROM HOMELocated in scenic Sussex County, New Jersey, Fairview Lake YMCA Camps is nestled at the base of the Kittatinny Ridge. COME HERE ALL YEAR! FAMILY CAMPFairview Lake YMCA Camps host five Family Camp experiences throughout the year. Families have the choice to stay engaged with a multitude of programming or to use our camp as a weekend away from the stress of life. Which ever your decision, we empower each family to strengthen their relationship while creating experiences that will be remembered for years.
Snow Safari (Feb. 12-14, 2016): Ice fishing, cross-country skiing, sledding, hot cocoa by the fire and special family connections await you. You’ll be snug in one of our cozy cabins while you reconnect with your family during this fun winter weekend.
Kick-off to Summer (May 27-29, 2016): Shake off the winter blues and get back outside to enjoy nature at its best. Take a hike to a ridge on the Appalachian Trail, enjoy a swamp walk, build a shelter, play in the lake, or relax by the fire for the whole weekend – the choice is yours.
Adventure Family Camp (June 10-12, 2016): Sailing and Horseback riding make this a unique camp for you and your family to enjoy. Right before our Summer Camp programs begin, we invite families to get a taste of all of our programming, and learn new skills that will inspire them all year round.
Sail into September (Sept. 2-4, 2016): Celebrate the end of the summer with sailing across the lake in one of our sailboats, enjoying activities like climbing, giant swing and candle making.
Spook-tacular (Oct. 28-30, 2016): The end of October is a beautiful time to come to camp. Specialty fall activities include apple cider making, pumpkin carving, face painting, Halloween crafts and our annual costume party. Be sure to be prepared to dress up in your best spooky costume.

PARENT & CHILD WEEKENDSAt Fairview Lake YMCA Camps, we have four weekends per year devoted to building the relationship between parent and child. These programs create lasting memories, foster achievement and develop skills that both parents and adults will cherish for a lifetime.
FATHER/SON WEEKEND (Jan. 29-31, 2016): Quality time through outdoor experiences. Build a survival shelter, create a fire through friction, cross country ski and enjoy a roaring campfire with your son. Our archery range, rifle range and indoor climbing tower give dads and sons the opportunity to try new things and develop skills together.
MOTHER/DAUGHTER WEEKEND (Feb. 26-28, 2016): Strengthen the mom & daughter bond. Hikes, crafts and a pajama party are just some of the activities that you and your daughter will enjoy together at camp. Indoor climbing, archery, new games and teambuilding bring moms and daughters together for a weekend of fun.
FATHER/DAUGHTER WEEKEND (March 18-10, 2016): A cherished experience for a lifetime. Go on a hike, climb a wall or even get your nails done – what’s most important is having fun together. Dads and daughters are invited to spend a meaningful weekend together trying something new, challenging themselves and building a strong and trusting relationship.
MOTHER/SON WEEKEND (Nov. 4-6, 2016): Creating memories of laughter & adventure. Finding your way while orienteering, hiking to a majestic overlook and working together to create fire through friction will build the relationship with you and your son. Create works of art, relax by a fire and enjoy each other’s company.
