BEHIND THE CURTAINPrivate dining at its finest…Behind the curtain is sectioned off to create a private dining space. It has polished wooden floors and cushioned seating along the length of the back wall creating a cosy atmosphere, suitable for up to 50 guests seated.

LAKESIDEFunction space unlike no other…The Lakeside is tucked away at the rear of Slices Restaurant overlooking the serenity of the Caroline Springs lake, the space comfortably seats 32 guests but is also suitable for a group of up to 45 guests, cocktail style. Whatever the occasion, The Lakeside is ideal for those looking for that intimate indoor/outdoor experience.

BEER GARDENFor larger intimate occasions...The vibrant Beer Garden is the ideal space for a special occasion, the space holds up to 80 people for a sit down function and up to 100 for a stand up cocktail event. THE VIEWFor milestone special events…If you are planning a seated or cocktail party, The View room is impressive. This room is sectioned off from the main restaurant and accommodates up to 120 guests for sit down menu and up to 200 for a stand up cocktail event. The View offers a breathtaking view of the lake, along with a private bar and flexible layout configurations, ideal for larger functions wanting an exclusive private space.

LEVEL 1Function space unlike no other…Our unique Level 1 function space is ideal if you’re planning a seated or cocktail party. Offers breathtaking views of the lake and surrounds, along with a private bar and flexible layout configurations. Whatever the occasion, Level 1 is perfect for those larger functions wanting an exclusive private space.

Beverage options BAR TABA bar tab can be set up with a specified limit and select beverages. This can be revised as your function progresses and increased if need be.
CASH BARYour guests will be able to select from an extensive list of drinks, which are available for purchase throughout your function at their own expense.
BEVERAGE PACKAGESOur beverage packages have been designed for those who wish to have a more controlled offering outside a bar tab. These packages are available for groups of 30 or more for up to four hours.
