Re:
Legal NoticeWe act on behalf of Family Planning Association of
Pakistan, 3-A Temple Road, Lahore (hereinafter referred to as the
Client) and have been instructed to serve upon you the notice
regarding the recovery of amount of Rs. 165,502/- misappropriated
by you and which is outstanding with the Client, the facts and
circumstances whereof are explained below:-
(i) That while being the employee of our Client you were the
Director Publication and Editor of the monthly magazine namely
Sukkhighar.
(ii) That you committed embezzlements and misappropriations in
respect of the publication and circulation of the said magazine and
thus caused huge financial loss to our Client.
(iii) That a formal inquiry was conducted to probe into the said
allegations against you and you while appearing before the inquiry
officer admitted the allegations against you and therefore you were
terminated from the services.
(iv) That at present an amount of Rs. 165,502/- is outstanding
against you with respect to the aforementioned
embezzlements/misappropriation and you are liable to pay the said
amount to our Client.
In view of the above, you are hereby called upon to pay a sum of
Rs.165,502/- within a period of seven (07) days from the date of
service of this notice, failing which the Client shall be
constrained to initiate legal proceedings criminal as well as civil
for criminal misappropriation/embezzlements.
This legal notice is being served upon you on behalf of the
Client without prejudice to any claims, rights and remedies which
are lawfully available to the Client in a court of law.
