Planning Commission Members,

Mr James Pinson and his family are pleased to present the improvements to their. property which they have owned for over 50 years. .

The property is located along Hathorn road just a short distance from west Jackson avenue and b~tween two lc,irger apartment complexes.

Our site· plan entails retaining all of the existing trees except the on~ pine tree shown on the Site Plan to ~e removed. We have worked with the existing topography to disturb as little

. property as possible. /

We are indicating a total of 13 townhouse apartments. The pr~perty is designed to minimize the amount of paving ( by consolidation) and increase the green spaces around the apartment~.

Each townhouse will have a very spacious living area ( 17 foot ceilings) with one bedroom and bath downstairs and one bedroom (loft style) upstairs. The property will be fenced all around for se~urity and privacy.

As you know;the areas along Hathorn road have changed dramatically in recent years. We feel we have improved the property for the next generation of Pinson's and done so by ' creating a high style townhouse development which is heavily landscaped and will become a model for similar properties.
