If you have a fireplace or stove in theback center of your home, you haveintroduced Fire to this important area.
In addition to being associated withthe Fire element, Fame andRecognition is also represented by thenumber 9 and the color red soembellish this area with warm colors, such as oranges and reds. Also, incorporate triangles or pyramids,
which represent the Fire element inshape.
Visualize Your Dreams
Hang pictures of what you want tohappen in the Fame and Recognitionarea. If you dream of owning a home inTuscany, surround yourself with the softred hues of a Tuscan landscape toeffectively harness the power of Fire.
For example, a client chose pictures of Balinese dancers to embellish this specialarea of the house. When her husband’semployment was suddenly terminated, they received notice of an incredible travel
special. They ended up celebrating 40 years of work with three weeks in Bali!
‘Fire’ People
Although as a human you possess all fiveelements, some are stronger in you thanothers. That’s why you have a differentcharacter, wants and desires. A ‘fire’person will mostly act like fire – quickly looking forward for new ideas, much likea wildfire spreading quickly and easily.“Fire” people are instigators, creators, dreamers, and the life of the party – andare often easily distracted by their next, great idea.
If you have a lot of fire in you, you may be especially rejuvenated by sitting in theFame and Recognition area of a home oroffice space. Place your favorite seat thereand soak up the energy that is mostappropriate to you!

DO YOU WANT TO BECOME
FAMOUS? Publish a book? Berewarded as an employee?
Then improve the Fame andRecognition area in your home oroffice using Feng Shui.
Feng Shui improves the energy andbalance of your environment. FengShui, a classical Chinesemethodology dating back over4,000 years, originated from simpleobservations of people and theirsurroundings: people were found tobe healthier and happier in well-balanced environments. Use modern-day Feng Shui to deflect harmful energiesand maximize the flow of positive energy.
Focus on the Back Center
In your home or office there is a specificenergy area representing fame andrecognition, acclaim, and your reputationor the way others perceive you. This isthe area of the Bagua (the road map of
your home according to Feng Shui)situated in the back center of your homeor office or at 12 o’clock. If, for example,
you are an actor, writer or artist and want to become known for your craft, focus on this area.
Recognition – Personal & Professional
If you are a business person, this arearelates to your reputation at work, as
well as public relations, word of mouthadvertising and the marketing of you and
your company. In your personal life, youmay be recognized as a parent, a friendor a volunteer. In this way, the Fame andRecognition area impacts how you are
viewed and appreciated by others. Although you might know you are goodat what you do, there is no substitute forreceiving a special thank you, whichequates to recognition.
Add ‘Fire’ for Excitement
How can you improve Fame andRecognition in your environment? Apply
GET NOTICED! Use Feng Shui toImprove Fame & Recognition
Fire to your home or office when you want to add excitement and movement.Everything in nature – the environment, buildings, furniture, humans – iscomposed of a combination of fiveelements: Water, Wood, Fire, Earth and
Metal. Of all elements, Fire is the mostexpansive, intense and active. It deliversan abundance of energy and movementand can help you become more active, better known and more powerful.Without Fire a space feels cold and dull.
Fire Doesn’t always Mix
Fire, however, is a tricky element as itburns Wood, fights Water and meltsMetal so use it carefully. For example, useless Fire in a kitchen where fire elementsalready exist in your oven or stove. Alsoavoid Fire in a bathroom because of its
overabundance of water. Avoid locating Water in your Fame andRecognition area. Referring back to thefive elements, Fire is extinguished by Water and therefore water features candamage your reputation and name.Practically speaking, avoid locating waterfountains, aquariums or water scenes inthese rooms.

internally. In Tasha’s case sheexhibited sensitivity at theLiver, Kidney and Spleen Shupoints. Shu points arespecific point locations thatare associated with specificinternal organs. According toTraditional Chinese Medicine, these points indicate
problems in the functionalcapacity of those organs. Some of the functions of theLiver are to store anddistribute blood, as well as,controlling tendons andligaments. Kidney functionsinclude governing growth anddevelopment and controlling bones. TheSpleen functions to control blood, muscles and the four limbs.
Blood chemistries were taken at the first visit and showed increased liver values. Acupuncture treatments were given every 4-7 days. Two Chinese herbal formulas
were initiated: One to address the liverin an attempt to detoxify and support itsfunction, the other to address the bones, tendons and muscles supporting the hindend. We began reducing her dose of Rimadyl at this time.
By the second treatment, Tasha was wagging her tail for the first time in two years! Her facial expressions were not astight or stressful as previously noted. By the fourth acupuncture treatment she
was doing very well and her owners were
extremely impressed. Tasha was now much more active, was asking for food atdinner time, wanted to play “tug of war”and had jumped on the sofa for the firsttime in two years. By this time allprevious medications were discontinued.
All of her conventional medications werereplaced with the appropriate formulas
with no side effects. At the sixth
T asha had to be carried into the waiting room. Her owners hadto carry her up and down the stepsat bedtime. She could not jump up onthe sofa or bed any longer. She had not
wagged her tail in over two years. Thisbeautiful eight-year old, white husky wasin a lot of discomfort and pain. Whenassisted to stand, her legs were weak, her
tail hung down with little muscle toneand her stifles trembled. On a good day she could get around by hopping onboth hind legs at the same time.
My initial impression upon meetingTasha and her owners was that a very special relationship existed. They wantedto help her and she looked to them forsupport and care. Sometimes, in my lineof work, the connection between peopleand their pets is beyond that which canbe measured in a blood test or x-ray. Onour initial visit, I performed both a
Western (conventional) and Eastern(Traditional Chinese Medicine) medicalexamination. Tasha was in good physicalcondition except for her back end. Herheart and lungs sounded normal, eyesclear and responsive, teeth and earsclean, and her abdomen palpated withinnormal range. She was very sensitive topalpation of both stifles (knees) and hadmuscle atrophy of the muscles surround-ing the hips and upper thighs. She kepther tail down and between her legs and
was very sensitive to manipulation.
A Traditional Chinese Medicalexamination involves many variables, including pulse and tongue diagnosis.
Additionally, palpation of the body alongspecific meridians allows determinationof deficiency or excess conditions. Forexample, the Bladder meridian runsbilaterally along the dorsum of the body.Certain areas along that meridiancorrespond to the different body organs

treatment blood chemistries were takenagain. All liver values were within normallimits. Tasha was now wagging her tail inan upright position. At this time, it wasreasonable to increase the intervalbetween acupuncture treatments to three
weeks. She was becoming more mobileand was gaining strength in her hind endand knees. Tasha continued to do well. She was running up the hills atBrandywine Park and had to be chasedby her owners to keep up with her. Sheis a happy, healthy dog once again. Herowners make the decision for additionalacupuncture treatments based on herclinical signs.
This story was written in 2001. Since thattime Tasha has lived an active and healthy life. The times when she had incidental problems
such as a bladder infection or ear issue, she wastreated with holistic medicine and acupuncture. None of Tasha’s original veterinarians thought she would have lived so long. It only goes to show just how important the pursuit of alternative therapies in veterinary medicine are.Tasha’s medical care for the next six yearsinvolved various alternative treatments to meet
her health needs. Our special friend crossed therainbow bridge late in December, 2006.

Assessment of the Energy Biofield – Is done through Bi-Digital O-RingTesting which is a tool for precisely identifying the hierarchy of what istaking place in the human body. Theadvanced modification of O-RingTesting is called Quantum Reflex
Analysis (QRA). It was developedafter three decades of correlatingelectrodermal biofeedback measurements on acupoints, kinesiological testing, assessment of brain proprioceptive patterns andadvanced nutritional research. QRA is reliable, reproducible, clinically effective, and scientifically valid as itis based on the known principles of human physiology and quantumcellular resonance.
The Interference Field – is an area of the body (small or large) that testsabnormally as a result of individual

What if you could regain

within the body’s ownQuantum Energy Biofield.
The Light Eaters – Nobel Prizelaureate Albert Szent-Gyorgyi oncesaid, “We live by a small trickle of
electricity from the sun.” Themiracle of photosynthesis transformsthe sun’s light frequencies into greenplants, trees, grasses and medicinalherbs – which when consumed, releases nutrients and multiple lightfrequencies into the human body. Inaddition as humans, we directly absorb light energies from the suninto our bodies. In essence humansare light eaters. Nourishment for theEnergy Biofield must accomplish two
tasks: First, it must allow assimilation of the full spectrum of this light bio-energy throughout thebody to compensate for the Energy Biofield losses caused by environmental toxicity and life’sstresses. Second, it must couple thelight bio-energy with living nutrientsthat are rapidly absorbed and

or multiple factors, such asscars, physical or emotionaltrauma, infection, nutritional deficiencies, heavy metal toxicity, etc. Aninterference field canimpede the normal, healthy electromagnetic flow of thebody’s acupuncturemeridian system, thus
creating symptomatology that is difficult to trace back to the original root cause by conventional methods. However, identifying aninterference field can now be easily done using QRA.
Coherence of the Body’sEnergy Biofield – is obtainablethrough QRA because of its innateconnection to the whole being atevery level. It took centuries of separating and reducing nature to thelimit of the quantum of action before
western science was to rediscoverthat nothing in nature is separate.Everything is at once both spread outas a wave but also localized as aparticle.
Science with Love - Quantumphysics says the interconnection isthere all the time. Perhaps the reason
we can feel other’s joys and pains
with such immediacy is because weare really entangled with our fellow human beings and with all creatureslarge and small. The self and otherare but aspects of one and the same. That is why we need to have science
with love in order to thrive with allthere is in nature, that nature may never cease to set our soul on fire.
