Determining Residency To receive the Richland Hills resident discount, each adult will need to provide a state issued I.D. with a valid Richland Hills address OR a government issued I.D. and a mortgage, lease, or Richland Hills water bill. *Families consist of a parent couple and their legal dependents.
Policies for Minors Children under the age of 10 must be directly supervised by an adult or inside the Bird’s Nest at all times. Minors must also be at least 14 years of age to be on the fitness floor.

Work with a Trainer Personal trainers at The Link are nationally certified and are here to help you with all of your fitness goals, including: weight loss, toning, improving metabolism, increasing mobility, and assisting with functional fitness.
Training Sessions Your personal training sessions can be scheduled for 60-minutes or split into two 30-minute sessions. All packages of 10 or more sessions include 60 minutes of individual assessments to ensure that we fully understand your goals and needs. Semi-private training is available at a reduced cost. Check with Force Fitness for availability. *Non-member pricing will increase starting January 1, 2018.
Drop-In Childcare THE BIRD’S NEST
Drop-In Childcare Any person can utilize the Bird’s Nest while working out or taking a class at The Link. Staff can only accept well-children ages 6 months to 9 years old. Children are eligible to stay up to 2-hours and cannot bring food or formula while inside the Bird’s Nest, water only please. A 20-visit punch pass is available for purchase for $30 or each visit is $2 per child. Members who have a general access membership and a group exercise membership can use the child care services for FREE!

Early Learners’ Academy I DAY PROGRAMS
Registration Process
To register for the program, parents or guardians will need to bring a government issued ID, a completed registration form, and the first payment for each child they wish to enroll.
Cost The Early Learners’ Academy is $140 per month for non-members. We also offer optional before school care starting at 6:30 a.m. for $35 per month*. Members of the Link receive 10% off. Payments are made monthly and are automatically drafted on the 15th of the previous month. Children are also treated to an afternoon snack. *Must be enrolled in afternoon program.
School Holidays
Even though the Early Learners’ Academy will be closed on days that students do not report to school, you can still register for The Link’s single day or week long camps.
Early Release Days
The Link after school program will still be open and pick-up children on early release days at no extra charge.
Program Details Children in K-5 can have an enjoyable afternoon until 6 p.m. each school day. Additionally, this program will offer children an opportunity to learn from trained instructors in a variety of different fields like martial arts, music, chess etc.
Bus Pick-Up and Drop Off Any child currently enrolled in K-5 can attend the Early Learners’ Academy. However, The Link will only offer before school care and after school pick-up from Jack Binion Elementary, Richland Elementary, and International Leadership of Texas. Seasonal Camps

Calling all kids who are currently in K-5 grade! Get ready for an exciting camp filled with friends, trips,
games, and fun. Camp hours are from 7 a.m.-6 p.m. A snack is the only food provided during camp
weeks. To register, you will need to have a Link Account, a completed camp registration form, and $10
non-refundable deposit per child. If your plans change, you will forfeit the $10 deposit. The remaining
balance is due two Mondays prior to the start of camp.

Preschool Soccer League Ages 3-6 October 7-November 11 The Link will offer a chance for children to join and participate in The Link’s very first 6-week Preschool Soccer League! Our goal is to introduce soccer in a fun and welcoming atmosphere to children who have very little soccer experience or have never played at all. Registration opens August 1. Non-Member Fee: $40 Member Fee: $36 League Information Highlight the basic fundamentals of soccer
through age appropriate drills and fun games. All children will be placed on a similarly aged
team. Each team will practice for 30 minutes prior to
their game on Saturdays. Each team will play one game starting at 9:30
a.m. or 11 a.m. at Rosebud Park. Price includes a team shirt and ranked trophy! Cleats and shin guards are not required but
are recommended.
Adult Basketball League Starts October 6 The Link will offer a Friday night, adult basketball league. Grab a group of friends and come compete. Or if nothing else, sign-up to get a great workout! A minimum of 4 teams will have to register to start the season. A maximum of 8 teams can be in the league. Teens 16 years of age and up can play with a signed liability waiver by their legal guardian. Team Fee: $350 upfront or $400 with $50 deposit League Information Each team will play a minimum of 6 regular
season games. Each team will be entered into an end of
season single elimination playoff tournament. Champions receive team and individual
trophies. League games will be on Friday nights with
games starting at 7:30, 8:30, and 9:30 p.m. Games consist of 2-20 minute halves with a

Birthday Party Packages I RENTALS
Party Package The Link offers an easy one-stop-shop birthday party package that requires no stress and no mess! Our birthday party packages start at just $75. Every party package includes: A quarter-sheet cake (12 to 15 servings). Up to 10 guests. Private use of the Bird’s Nest room for 1 hour. Confetti themed party plates, cups, napkins, forks,
spoons, table covers, and decorations. 2-gallons of juice or 1 water bottle per child. 1 individual ice cream cup per child. A designated Link staff member to set-up and clean-
up party supplies and decorations.
Party Upgrades The Link offers the ability to add, change, or upgrade different features of the birthday party package. Please pick-up a Birthday Party Package brochure for all details. Some items eligible for upgrades are cake size, decorations, additional guests, and adding an activity.

Room Rentals The Link will offer many different environments and spaces to host your banquet, wedding, meeting, event or casual get together. The Link’s community rooms can accommodate up to 220 guests.
Rental Fee Discounts Members of The Link receive 10% off. Non-profit organizations receive 20% off.
After Hours Rental $15 will be added to each hour rented after regular business hours.
Deposits All deposits must be paid for by cash or check. If no deposit is required, the rental will be due in full at the time of booking to be scheduled on our calendar.
Rental Policies For all rentals, set-up and clean up is the responsibility of the renter. We will supply the tables, chairs, and cleaning supplies. Decorations are allowed on the tables and counters only. Please view the rest of our rental policies online.
Alcohol Alcohol may be served as long as a peace officer has been hired for the event. An additional $150 deposit is required.

Dance Programs Preschool Ballet & Tap - $45 per month Ages 3-5 Children will develop poise and coordination while learning the fundamentals of ballet and tap. Classes will create group interaction skills and support your child's self-esteem and positive image. Children will also develop rhythm and music appreciation skills. Contact: Jo-Ann Ingram - (817) 996-0286 Sept-Dec Thurs 10-10:45 a.m. Tumbling for Tots - $45 per month Ages 3-5 This class will teach the fundamentals of gymnastics on a floor mat, while developing flexibility and strength. Children will also learn coordination skills on balance beam and parachute exercises. Classes will build self-confidence and create group interaction skills while supporting your child's self-esteem and positive image. This class combines art, dance and music to teach basic knowledge with a goal of inspiring further education. One discipline will be explored each week from painting, to sing-alongs to creative movement. Tricky Treat Trail October 27 6:30-8:30 p.m. Gather your friends and family and your favorite costume and join the fun at the Tricky Treat Trail at The Link and Plaza. At each stop along the trail, we’ll have spooky tricks and plenty of treats! There will also be more frightfully free fun activities including games, crafts, entertainment and even a hand-crafted scarecrow contest to make this trail a real treat. Food will be available for purchase. You’ll have a wicked good time!
Veterans Day Ceremony November 11 11 a.m. In honor of all veterans and those serving in our military today, the new Veterans Memorial, adjacent to City Hall, will be dedicated this Veterans Day. The ceremony commences precisely at 11:00 a.m. including a presentation of colors, patriotic musical performances, veteran recognition and more. All US Military Veterans are invited to wear their military colors to the ceremony and be recognized. Additionally, Richland Hills Military Veterans are encouraged to submit a digital copy of their military photograph with a brief bio to [email protected] by October 15 for display at The Link during November.

Snacks With Santa - $5 per child December 2 9 a.m. or 10:15 a.m. Santa is coming to The Link on Saturday, December 2 for one last visit with the children before returning to the North Pole. Each child will get to share their wish list with Santa and make sure they’re on his Nice List, enjoy some of Santa’s favorite snacks, create a holiday craft and delight in other holiday merriment. Parents be sure to bring your cameras to capture a great holiday memory. Register early. Limited space.
Annual Christmas Tree Lighting December 1 6-8 p.m. Join us for this great holiday tradition as Santa arrives to light the community Christmas Tree, choirs fill the air with the sounds of the season and lights begin to twinkle all around. It’s a great time for friends and family to gather and kick-off the holiday season with festive crafts, activities and more. Holiday treats and other food will be available for purchase.

Go out for a night on the town feeling confident that your child is safe and having fun! Our program consists of dinner, a movie, games, and more! Is your child already in our Early Learners’ Academy? Don’t worry about picking up your child until after your night out! Just be sure to
