Urban expeditionThe 2016 Shabbies Fall/Winter focuses on three themes: urban All Weather, edgy Denim Days and sophisticated Refined Hybrids.Lace-up shoes and boots made from high-grade leather feature prominently in the All Weather collection. Traditional wet weather silhouettes were given an urban touch, especially for this fall. Simple leather types have been lined and given a protective coating to make them weather and wind-proof.In the Denim Days collection jeans materials and colours steal the show. The Refined Hybrids collection focuses on refined yet edgy basics. The shoes have been cut close around the foot and they have a special shape. The graceful

contrast between its rough texture and elegant design makes the High Ankle Boot the shoe to covet this fall.

De sporty sneakerThis fall, Shabbies is extending its collection with a new sneaker range that is characterised by its special ‘blind’ laces. The sporty collection consists of three models, available in various on-trend colours. On the one hand there is the elegant sneaker, which fits snugly around the foot, and which comes in a clean off-white (Silver Birch) with a touch of nickel-coloured hardware. On the other hand, we have the sporty padded runners in dark, urban hues like inky black (Moonless Night).

D Ten years ago, renowned shoe designer Fred de la Bretoniere dreamed of a new shoe. Inspired by the strong-willed women he so admired, Fred’s design brought a shabby chic edge to a bold boot for the young-at-heart. Fred used the best materials, to make sure the shoes are wonderful to wear while gaining character with age.
