Te new Mastercard program has issued you a “new Mastercard account number.” Tis is no longer the last four digits of your card number. Tis is unique to your account for home banking and back-end services at Mastercard.

If you pay your bill online or through another fnancial institution, you will need to update the address to P.O. Box 2711, Omaha, NE 68103-2711. Te Carol Stream, IL, address is no longer accepting and forwarding payments.

Payments can always be made at either Americo branch ofce or on the home banking app. Home banking applications are available at either branch ofce or at www.americofcu.com.

Covid-19 A message to our membersTank you for your continued membership with AMERICO Federal Credit Union. Over the past few months, we all have had to make changes due to the Covid-19 virus and the stay-at-home measures that had been put in place to keep us all safe. It is our privilege to help meet your fnancial needs and be your credit union of choice.

While we are very excited to see you face-to-face, we will continue to urge all members to utilize our drive-up services, home banking, and mobile banking to help minimize unnecessary exposure. To promote the safety and well-being of our members and staf, we will implement the following guidelines and precautions:

• We will limit the number of members/guests in each lobby to no more than four at a time. • All persons entering the lobbies must wear face coverings while in our branches to help mitigate the spread of

potential germs. (While face coverings are being used, we may ask you to provide appropriate picture identifcation and lower your face coverings for verifcation purposes).

• Employees serving members face-to-face are also required to wear face coverings. • Acrylic screens have been installed at the teller stations and member service ofces for additional protection. • Social distancing markers have been placed on the foors to help us with the 6-foot distancing guidelines as

recommended by the CDC. • All transaction tickets will be completed at the teller station to help reduce the number of touchpoints within the

facilities.

Due to the severity of the Covid-19 disease, AMERICO FCU retains the right to refuse service to anyone who does not comply with our safety measures. We ask that you help us maintain a safe environment during this transition.

Please assess your health and condition prior to entering one of our lobbies. If you are experiencing any Covid related symptoms or a genuine feeling of sickness, please refrain from entry and utilize our online and mobile services for the safety of all. We thank you in advance! In turn, staf at AMERICO Federal Credit Union will do the same and not report to work if they are experiencing any symptoms.

INTERNATIONAL CREDIT UNION DAY International Credit Union (ICU) Day® celebrates the spirit of the global credit union movement. Te day is recognized to refect upon the credit union movement’s history, promote its achievements, recognize hard work and share member experiences. International Credit Union (ICU) Day® has been celebrated on the third Tursday of October since 1948. Te ultimate goal is to raise awareness about the tremendous work that credit unions and other fnancial cooperatives are doing around the world and give members the opportunity to get more engaged. Te day of festivities for credit unions and fnancial cooperatives globally includes fundraisers, open houses, contests, picnics, volunteering and parades.

HEADING SOUTH FOR THE WINTER? Just a reminder that if you will temporarily be away from your home, but want to receive your credit union mail at an alternate address, you must notify us in writing. Simply stop by the credit union, mail or fax your information to us. Include your alternate address, the date you will be leaving and the date you will return, as well as a good contact number. Be sure to notify us when you return home so we can change your account back to your permanent address.

CHRISTMAS SAVINGS AVAILABLE If you have a Christmas Club with us, your funds were transferred to your regular savings account on September 30th. A Christmas Club is an easy way to save for the holidays and avoid the stress of next year’s holiday bills. Deposits can be made anytime, in any amount, or you can have money deducted automatically from your paycheck. Why not open an account today!

FREE CHECKS - SENIOR MEMBERS For many years, Americo FCU has been ofering one box of free checks per year to senior members. Each box contains 40 free checks which can be requested at either of the credit union’s branches. Tese checks are ofered as a courtesy to our senior members once per calendar year. SOCKTOBER - Help People Get Back On Their Feet! Donate a pack of new socks at either of our branches October 1st through October 31st, 2020, and help us warm the feet of those in need. Local shelters state that socks are the most needed clothing item and the item that is donated the least!

HOLIDAY COLLECTION Get in the holiday mood; donate some food. We are collecting new, non-perishable food items at both credit union ofces from November 1st through December 11th. Tank you for your support.
