This is to notify you that Paul Corwin is no longer with our company and is not the Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) for this license effective with the date of this letter. I, Brian Pals, am assuming this position for all our activities involving portable nuclear gauges as granted by this license. Please see the attached information regarding my training and qualifications.

In addition to the certifications attached I have worked at various US Department of Energy (DOE) facilities during the course of my career including Los Alamos National Laboratory, Pantex, and Oak Ridge National Laboratory as a Radiation Safety Technician. I believe I am well-qualified to assume the role ofRSO for our company.

Please amend our license to replace Paul as RSO with me filling that position. Please expedite this as quickly as possible as we have activities in progress utilizing these devices. My relevant details are as follows:
