Fall Flower Sale Pre-order Form
Its time for our annual fall flower sale! We will be selling
Mums and Pansies provided by a local nursery. The sale is open to
anyone, so please ask family, friends, and
neighbors to support Fairview PTO by purchasing their plants
from us! You may include
them on your pre-order form or request an extra form if
needed.

Fairview PTO. All profits from this sale go directly back into
our school. Plants can be
picked up Wednesday, October 8th and Thursday, October 9
th from 1:30-6:00.
