FNGLA LANDSCAPE DESIGNER CERTIFICATION PREPARATION (27 HOURS) $320This preparation class is designed for practicing Landscape Designers in landscape design firms, private business or government agencies. This 27-hour course will prepare you to become a FNGLA’s Certified Landscape Designer. The FCLD program is the highest level of certification available to Florida’s landscape design professionals. It offers a professional designation for practicing Landscape Designers and provides consumers a way to choose qualified design professionals.

This 20-hour course will prepare you to become a FNGLA’s Certified Landscape Technician. The FCLT program is a hands-on certification designed to measure the skills of practicing landscape installation technicians.

The FCLMT program is designed to measure the skills of practicing landscape maintenance technicians, recognize their achievement and raise the standards of working professionals within Florida’s landscape industry.

FNGLA HORTICULTURE PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATION PREPARATION (27 HOURS) $300The FNGLA Cert i f ied Hort icu l ture Profess ional (FCHP) program provides core horticulture training designed for persons work ing in the hor t icu l ture indus t ry or those studying to enter the field. It is the industry’s only standard for measuring horticulture knowledge on everything from plant and pest identif icat ion to landscape management. The FC H P p ro m ote s p ro fe s s i o n a l i s m a m o n g h o r t i c u l t u re professionals, including nursery, greenhouse, landscape and retail garden center employees.

ISA ARBORIST CERTIFICATION PREPARATION (24 HOURS) $250If you have a professional interest in tree care and maintenance, the International Society of Arboriculture Certificate Program and Miami Dade College will help you prepare for your test and get certified as an arborist in the State of Florida.This program is designed to aid professionals and enthusiasts gain and enhance their knowledge of plants biology, plants I.D., soil science, irrigation systems, nutrients and fertilization, plants selection, grading, pruning, grafting, plants diseases, plants pathology and legislation related to the landscaping industry.
