1. Theta Delta Chi must have a chapter leader or assigned substitute member attend every neighborhood meeting this academic year, 2016-2017. Proof of attendance must be

submitted to [email protected] within a week of the last neighborhood meeting of the academic year.

2. Theta Delta Chi must create and fill a Community

Relations position. This leadership position’s duty will be maintaining good relations and communication with your

neighbors. The current executive board members are encouraged to continue their efforts to be neighborly. This

will help elevate neighborhood management pressure on the executive board, and aid your chapter in their neighborhood relationship development. A transition

manual must be written for this position. An electronic copy

of the transition manual must be submitted to [email protected] within a week of your next officer transitions date.

presentation on responsible leadership. Alpha Sigma Phi must submit to [email protected] an electronic

1. Alpha Kappa Lambda’s new executive team must meet with your assigned Fraternity and Sorority Programs advisor to review and discuss your executive members’

transition manuals and university policies regarding event planning and registration. Alpha Kappa Lambda has until

2. Alpha Kappa Lambda must give an events with alcohol

presentation to ensure all members understand alcohol

safety and registration. Alpha Kappa Lambda must submit to [email protected] an electronic copy of the presentation and signatures from 75% of its members

1. Alpha Epsilon Pi’s incoming president, Jonathan Burger, must meet with their Fraternity and Sorority Programs’

advisor at the beginning of the Spring 2017 semester to discuss the chapter’s current cumulative judicial standing and review the Fraternity and Sorority Programs’ policies

and expectations. At this meeting Jonathan must acknowledge that he has reviewed and understands Alpha Epsilon Pi’s international policies. Documentation of the

meeting must be submitted to [email protected] within a week of the meeting.

2. Alpha Epsilon Pi’s incoming executive board must become TIPS trained by Friday, March 10th. Documentation of the training must be submitted to [email protected]

within a week of completion. 3. Alpha Epsilon Pi must follow their plan to change their

guest list policy to 1 guest per member starting in the Spring 2017 semester. A meeting, with a chapter advisor physically or electronically present, must be held to inform the chapter

facility residences of this policy change. Signatures from all

the chapter facility residents must be collected to acknowledge they understand and will abide by the new policy. The signatures must be submitted to

[email protected] within a week of the meeting.

their chapter facility. Kappa Sigma must register their next

event with alcohol within 7 business days prior to the event. If

the Greek Standards Board receives a referral alleging Kappa

Sigma violated the events with alcohol policy by not registering

the event prior to completing this sanction, Kappa Sigma will be

1. Alpha Epsilon Pi must pay $25 per member on their roster for

violating the Student Code of Conduct. This payment is due to

the Dean of Students by March 10th at 5 pm. 2. Alpha Epsilon

Pi must have an open conversation meeting with its University

of Arizona Police Department liaison. This is an opportunity for

members to ask questions and bond with their liaison. Alpha

Epsilon Pi must obtain signatures from 75% of its roster to

prove that 75% of its members attended the meeting. The

signatures are due March 24th at 5pm either to

[email protected] or the Greek Standards Board box

in the Fraternity and Sorority Programs office.4. Alpha Epsilon

Pi must choose an educational program about leadership or

accountablility offered by the University of Arizona. Your

chosen educational programming must be pre-appreoved by

your Fraternity and Sorority Program's advisor Trace Camacho.

We suggest you emphasize attendance from members who are

repeatedly sent to your internal judicial board. Alpha Epsilon Pi

must obtain signatures from 75% of its roster to prove 75% of

its member attended the programming event. The signatures are

due March 24th at 5pm to either [email protected] or
