STAFFusion has been in business since 1986. Our company connects Talent, Diversity and Business through Staffing. We are headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA and our footprint is the Mid-Atlantic.

Our 8 Step Staffing System methodically vets and delivers what companies demand... flexible staffing, fast! Whether our people are reading meters, inputting data, packing boxes, delivering products or manufacturing goods, clients trust the people we provide. Most times clients are so satisfied with our associates they choose to hire them.

The Certified Safety Committee trains and tests on safety skills and performs a 12 panel drug screen with adulteration on every candidate. Background information is verified and skills and behaviors screened. We reward attendance, performance, and safety.

8 STEPSTAFFING SYSTEMThe benefits of working with STAFFusion starts with our effective 8 Step Staffing System. This system of quality control throughout the hiring process ensures that candidates are screened, trained, and ready for the job.

1. Relationship Develop long-term relationships by establishing and meeting or exceeding the needs of the clients. Work site visits to focus on requirements of each job and client specific customized programs.

2. Recruiting Proactive, ongoing searches utilizing referrals, job fairs, job boards, social media and other avenues.

3. Evaluation Assessment and survey tools that measure integrity, reliability, productivity, and talent.

4. Interview Personal and video interviews that measure historical, physical, behavioral, and compatibility traits of every candidate.

5. Verification Work, criminal, credit, and drivers’ history, educational and professional credentials, pertinent to the job are verified. We use E-verify to confirm legal status.

6. Screening 12 panel drug screen (with adulteration) and physicals for required positions combined with the evaluation, interview, and verification assure the client of consistent, quality associates.

7. Safety Every new hire receives mandated and safety training and testing. Associates are oriented to safety, company standards, policies and procedures, benefits and client expectations. Our Certified Safety Committee provides safety training,10 and 30 Hour general industry, and PPE.

8. Service Ongoing communication, quick response, customized client programs, enhanced client services, and 24/7 availability is why clients develop a partnership with our staffing firm.

SAFETY TRAINING AS A SERVICE

Our convenient Online Training platform delivers what companies demand... trained, safety conscious staff, fast! Our Safety Skills training platform provides high-end, competency-based, custom built e-learning courses for environmental, health & safety, human resources and clerical support education. The training is created by experts in safety and environmental health, helping industries reduce the environmental and occupational risks. Content is tailored to the needs of client, providing efficient, effective methods to deliver quality safety education to our employees. Our LMS (Learning Management System) helps employees work smarter. The training library consists of 350+ titles targeted toward multiple industries and is OSHA compliant. We believe that training is more effective when the learner can identify and relate to the situations, subjects and environments specific to their own industry.

BENEFITS OF ONLINE SAFETY TRAINING

Convenience. Traditional training relies on instructors presenting materials at a specific time and location. Online training enables workers to learn in the office or at home, and allows the flexibility of scheduling training for when it is most convenient.

Pace of learning. One fundamental advantage of online training over in-person training is that students can learn at their own pace.

Presentation. Online training courses can be supplemented by onscreen graphics or short videos that may accelerate learning for some participants.

Consistency. One of the advantages of online training is consistency of the message. Trainers may deliver their material differently or adjust the course content from one session to another as they see fit. Thus, no two students are guaranteed that they will receive exactly the same training.
