THE MASONIC STORY OF RUI ALEXANDRE GABIRRO
Rui Alexandre Pires Costa Galvao Gabirro, became an entered apprentice in a Lodge in
Valparaiso Chile, he was married at the time and used his wife to get the immigrant status
to the country.
About his Passing and Raising, there is nothing clear since no certificates of these events
had ever been found. But he was expelled from his “Mother Lodge”

Gabirro contacted, by phone, in Brazil Master Vitor Franco, Prince Ausklepius, a Martinist and Templar, there Gabirro convinced him that he could made the Templar Order “popular again”, and Franco, give him the Title of Grand Prior of U.S.A. of course Gabirro only saw Martinist inner working with Vitor Franco, so he never knew how was a Templar Ceremony performed. Remember everything was done by Telephone and mail.

Gabirro, attended a Ceremony in Spain, he show himself wearing a Martinist Robe and cord, when asked he responded that was the way Templars Dressed in Brazil. “Ridiculous”.
As the “New Templar Grand Prior” Gabirro travel to USA, there he convinced Ronald Capello of all his high degrees credentials and “initiated” Capello in the Martinist Order, Capello Thanked Gabirro Ordained him as a Priest of the “Eclessia” Gnostic Apostolic Church. And gave him Warrants of Memphis Mizraim to open Lodges in the state of Florida. Gabirro established in Florida, soon was part of an real state fraud and had to leave the country,

Back in Chile after learning about Memphis Misraim, and offered himself to help “grow
the Rite overseas. As always, there were more than one volunteer, without checking up
his credentials, took him over and introduce him the Head of the Sanctuary, Harrison
Lopez Grossling. Of course all the high recommendations, made Lopez to accept his ideas,
and made him Honorary Conservator General 95º.
The Next three months Gabirro dedicate himself to divide the group of Harrison Lopez.
Gabirro ask for documents and rituals of Lopez Sanctuary.
Gabirro starting to travel an visit other heads of the Memphis Mizraim, as a Chile’s
Sanctuary Representative.
Soon Gabirro came back to Chile with the Perfect IDEA….”THE RITES ARE NOT TO BE ONE,
THEY SHOULD BE SEPARATED” and proclaimed himself the successor of Lopez Grossling, of
course Lopez Grossling expelled Gabirro from the Order and suspended the his “honorary
charter”. He wrote a letter “explaining the situation of the rite over the world”
A couple weeks after Gabirro was expelled, he established a “NEW SANCTUARY” at
1500 Las Cangrejeras, Villa San Pedro, Concepción, Chile
Located at his house and his former wife acted as Secretary of the Sovereign Sanctuary.
Right away created a web page, and established what he called a “Sovereign Sanctuary in
and for Great Britain and Ireland” and started “to fish”.
He contacted previously a few brothers in the Canary Islands and offered a Warrant from
the New Sanctuary of Chile and Latin America, they gladly accepted.
The new “SOBERANO SANTUARIO MEMPHIS MISRAIM 90º 95º INDEPENDIENTE DE
LATINOAMERICA” was born.

But wait a minute “independent” from what. “He claimed he was the New Sovereign
Grand Conservator General of Chile and Latin America”, “He was the successor of Harrison
Lopez Grossling, Installed as Head of the Sanctuary. But these seal was not Lopez
Geossling Sanctuary, What was going on? A new business just got started.

Gabirro decided Sovereign Sanctuary of Chile was not enough for his Goals, so he created
the Sovereign Sanctuary in and For England and Ireland. Later he changed its name to
Sovereign Sanctuary of England and Wales. Not Physical Address known, just electronic
contacts.
Gabirro did not have any Graphics Software Handling at the time so he used Microsoft
Power point to develop his seals.

In July 1998 after sending the Letter to the Masonic World, “Informing the Situation of
Memphis Misraim” he called for the “second Convent of the Rite” to be held in Valparaiso
Chile in September that year. There is no registers about he ever celebrated the First
convent.
The Argentinian Masons, were no totally convinced by Gabirro, so he wrote a letter to
them, in Spanish, the whole text of this letter will be publish at a later time, in this letter
Mr. Gabirro explained all his Trips and all the money he has spent and that he “DID NOT
FIND” any one that had the truth of the Rite so he “DECLARED HIMSELF AS THE ONLY
AUTHENTIC TRADITION OF THE RITE”

But Gabirro not only declared this he also threaten the Argentinian Masons, and insisted
they had to come with him, “He was the Road to Regularity”, if they did not accepted him,
they would be “Irregulars”.

Mr Gabirro, in the mentioned letter declares Irregular all the existent Masonic Bodies of
Memphis Misraim in the world.

Later years 2000 up to now
In 2000 again due to Problems with Chilean Government due to immigration problems,
“He had lied in his application” and after his wife left, he moved back to Portugal, and
London, where he restarted his plan. While in Portugal he learned about FLEC FLAC and
the Cabinda Exiled Armed Forces and his fight to gain freedom to Cabinda. Right away his
bright mind started to work, “he could get freemasonry to support the cause” he said he
could get over 20 million people all over the world to support the FLEC FLAC Cause.
He built the Cabinda’s Government in Exile Web Page. He started to use a new alias
“MANGOVO N’GOYO”….The Chancellor.
At this moment Gabirro moved to London, and established is “Operation Center” in an
apartment in Dover. He started to made Proclaims as “Diplomatic Representative”
“Ambassador” and of course as “His Highness the Duke of Cabinda”
He dropped the idea of the Sovereign Sanctuary of Chile, he did not get any followers, so
he decided to give a try with the “SOVEREIGN SANCTUARY OF THE WORLD”, right away
using his ability created a web page using the Domain of Cabinda.net
In the year 2002, he gets contacted by brothers from Mexico, Ecuador and Dominican
Republic. His dream came true, right away he offered the degrees to these brethren and
came back to America, Dress up as the Duke of Cabinda. Holder of the “True Arcanum of
the Egyptian Rite”. He started to use the Modified Name. No More A..P:.O:. Memphis
Mizrim, now he was just referring to it as the Ancient and Primitive Rite, after a while he
added of Memphis. “So he was the Sovereign Grand Conservator of the Ancient and
Primitive Rite of Memphis, 95º Degree and Last” He said he had a direct Marconis – Yarker
Filiation and Tradition… oooops, what happened with the 96º and 97º degrees of Yarker’s
tradition ? Of Course he had only a Memphis Misraim Honorary 95 º Degree, so no more
96 º or 97 º.
Immediately Gabirro prepared his documents and send them to prove his condition. He
Sent copy of his diploma, without revealing the seals, and all his “Martinist and Templars
documents”
The Brethren From Mexico, Ecuador and Dominican Republic did not come from any
Egyptian Obedience, so it was perfect, THEY DID NOT KNOW ABOUT GABIRRO OR HIS
PAST EXPERIENCE IN CHILE.
Gabirro came to America using a new alias “Robert Lamar” he needed to protect his name
from the Enemies of the Order. He help found a Lodge in Cancum, a lodge in Ecuador and
a lodge in Dominican republic, and established their Sanctuaries of the Memphis Rite, all
his warrants were given by Gabirro, NO Arcanum Arcanorum was transferred. Of course
he could not give what he didn’t have.
In 2005 Gabirro, seeing the possibility of growing with his business he decided to create a
new masonic Body. The Regular Grand Lodge of England, he reserved the Company name
under the Bureau of Commerce, this name was later rejected.
He met with four friends in a Bar of London “The Freemasons Hall” and there decided its
foundation with Lodges he had overseas. He wrote a document known as the “London
Treaty”
He made right away a new Web Page, “Regular Grand Lodge of England and Wales” was
officially born. He had a “Sponsor” an Entered Apprentice “his Highness Prince Phillippe of
the Araucania” an old friend from Valparaiso, Chile. The Prince had donated some money
for the Cabinda’s cause and had printed some stamps; they were selling over the internet
at the time. Over Gabirro’s apartment he was “invested” Grand Master of Masons of the
new Organization.
In 2006 he met a guy from Bolivia, he was not a mason, but contacted Gabirro about some
Import and Export Business, Gabirro also proposed to name him in charge of the rite and
the movement in Bolivia. A NON MASON IN CHARGE OF THE RITE….WELL IF YOU NAMED
AN APPRENTICE GRAND MASTER, WHY NOT?
This gentleman help Gabirro with his publicity, he help him with the new web designs, and
even made Cabinda’s Passports and Diplomatic Passports for Gabirro.
With all this Gabirro could prove to the “African Revolution Leaders” the brotherhood was
working and supporting the cause.
Gabirro, organized a meeting of Cabinda Leaders in London, he charged a great sum of
money, splendid conference held in good Hotel and Restaurant of the city. Everything was
set. Money was coming without working, so he wanted to expand his business, the
Sovereign Sanctuary and the Regular Grand Lodge of England had put him in contact with
some powerful masons and businessman. So he decided to create a new Web Page, “THE
LONDON CENTRE OF PROFESSIONAL STUDIES”, He offered courses and strategies to
Governements all over the world. He was Chairman of the Board and some of his new
masons friends occupied the rest of the Direction Board of the Company.
At this time another Web Page was needed, the Africa Federation of Free States, so he
did. He needed more ways to get more money. So he talked to his African Rebels Friends,
and convinced them of the necessity, again, he charged money for his services. Some
people said Mr. Gabirro had received in exceed of US $500,000.00 for his services in the
last 5 years. One Hundred Thousand Dollars a year; a good salary for doing nothing.
In 2007 Gabirro, fled England for economic problems, he had charged money to African
Leaders and had received some contributions in Italy so he decided to go away, for a
while. He decided to go to Venezuela, his new girlfriend lived there.
In Venezuela he had a new starting group, was big, had a high profile people, in other
words fresh meat. So he attended an invitation, in Venezuela he met a brother with the
filiation of Ambelain, so right away he talked him over to join efforts and reunite the
Group, he had all kind of money he could travelled, so they accepted, in September 2007
he met with Venezuelan Brothers, and he met personally with Bro:. Juan Nunez. The
dinner was set. Nunez accepted Gabirro’s proposal, and asked Gabirro for his documents.
Of course Gabirro did not travel with his Diplomas and Certificates, so they schedule a
new meeting for February 2008.
Gabirro established himself in Venezuela in 2008, the meeting with Nunez took place in
March, Gabirro did not have the papers instead he gave electronic copies of his
“Impressive Documents” one little thing, Bro. Nunez had a friendship with Harrison Lopez
Grossling, and was a Martinism himself and a Knight Templar from the Scmoth IFA. Oops
Mr. Gabirro could not impress him. Right away Nunez denounced Gabirro for presenting
forged documents, and broke all relation with Gabirro. Mr Gabirro started a campaign
against this brother ever since. Nunez was the stone in his shoe, right away his fake
Sanctuary, his fake Grand Lodge, and his businesses got uncovered.
Gabirro managed to convinced some masons in Venezuela, using two of his businesses
partners, and established new masonic bodies in Venezuela by the end of the year 2008
mid 2009, he thought he was not affected by Nunez decision.
They even held a masonic convention in Peru, everyone was there. But even without the
presence of Bro. Nunez , his position and his absence was the main topic, The big issue, no
one bought Gabirro’s stories. Three months after the Peruvian convention 70% of the
membership dropped. They Quit Gabirro’s Organization, some of them went other ways
some other founded a symbolic Obedience called S.O.G.L.I.A.
Gabirro, was focused in politics now, he needed to convince Bolivia, Venezuela and
Paraguay opposition he was the way out of the presidents they had. New Web Pages
came out, even Gabirro launched a New Political Party for Venezuela “Salvation” he
started a campaign against Venezuelan President as well as the Bolivia’s his twitter
account @lalocachavez is one of the samples.
In 2010, after seeing that the freemasons in Venezuela did not have what he wanted he
returned to England, and started his new plan. More web pages, since Cabinda’s FLEC
made Public Statements condemning him, and all the Masons running away from his
Groups, he was running out of money, so he decided to create Asia Federation of Free
States as well as America Federation of Free States. He opened new web pages for all
these new organizations and of course new Businesses, so he open a sell trade of Stamps
and African Coins, EXCELLENT BUSINESS HE SOLD ALL THE COINS AND STAMPS HE HAD
MADE.
2011 up to now his New Enterprise TEUFEN SECURITY PRINTERS, a new Web Page
Company, to offer printing of Bank Bonds, and paper money to Governments using a
facility in Bolivia.
We are still following Gabirros Steps, pretty soon he’ll be responding to Justice!!!
