A young father has a firstchild whom he usually plays

when he comes home from work. The child was just an 8months old and starting tostand up on his feet whilemaking his first step to walk.One afternoon the fatherplayed with him by putting

himself on the table whileestablishing a distance aroundtwo feet away and asks the

boy to jump towards him.

Immediately the boystood up and makes his

first step then runs and jumps towards hisfather who is ready to

catch and hugs him asthe child obey hiscommand. The child

immediately rushed tohis father withoutknowing that what hedid was very dangerous.

both had the feelings ofsatisfactions for they bothhad done what each hadintended. The components of

trust obedience andconfidence that they can do it without dangers weremanifested in their faces.

This is a peculiar relationshipof father and son in the earlystage of childhooddevelopment.
