COVID-19 Health Equity Pilot Projects
• The California Department of Public Health (CDPH) Office of Health Equity (OHE) will administer $5M to ~16-30 community-based organizations (CBO) led by and serving communities facing inequities in COVID-19 impacts and infection.
• CBOs will use the funding for pilot projects to reduce underlying inequities in the social determinants of health that have contributed to disproportionate harm from the Coronavirus among certain communities.

UPDATED QUARANTINE REQUIREMENTS
Quarantine is not required for those who gained immunity within 3 months. This includes:
People who have tested positive for COVID-19 within the past 3 months and recovered, as long as they do not develop new symptoms People who develop symptoms again within 3 months of their
first bout of COVID-19 may need to be tested again
People who have been fully vaccinated against the disease within the last three months and show no symptoms

MONOCLONAL ANTIBODY TREATMENT IS AVAILABLE! Monoclonal antibodies are proteins made in the lab to prevent the SARS-
CoV-2 virus from getting into your cells and making you sick with COVID-19.
Patients with symptomatic COVID-19 should talk to their doctor or heath
provider to see if they are medically eligible for this treatment.
People who have a positive test for COVID-19 and have mild to
moderate symptoms, AND
Have had COVID-19 symptoms for less than 10 days, AND
Are at least 12 years old, AND
Are at high-risk of getting very sick from COVID-19
