Fairfield City Schools offers preschool services to children ages 3‐5 in

inclusive classroom se ngs including typically developing and special needs

children. There are seven inclusive preschool classrooms as well as one

social communica on classroom. Preschool classrooms are located at

East and West Elementary Schools. Each class is taught by a licensed

special educa on teacher or general educa on teacher with the support of

educa onal assistants. Our preschool is a play‐based

program that focuses on language and social development as well as Ohio Early Learning Content Standards.
