WELCOME TO THE CLERK’S OFFICE
Please welcome Jeanetta Anderson to the Clerk’s office for the Village of Fairfax.
Jeanetta began working with the Village in April of this year, training with now
retired Assistant Clerk/Administrator Charlene Metzger. Jeanetta took over all
office duties effective July 1st and will serve as Assistant Clerk and Assistant
Administrator for the Village. Jeanetta graduated from high school in Ypsilanti,
Michigan and received her undergraduate and graduate degrees in Business
Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University. Jeanetta currently lives in the
Incline District of East Price Hill. She has three
beautiful daughters and one handsome son. She
is also proud grandmother to Brea, Madison, Da-
rius, Eva, Max and Nori – they are her pride and
joy and are among the world’s cutest grandkids!
When she is not in the Clerk’s office, you can find
Jeanetta doing yoga and meditation. She also
enjoys reading and walks along Smale River
Park in downtown Cincinnati. If you see Jeanet-
ta, please give her a warm welcome to the

Friends Become Local Entrepreneurs
Best friends and neighbors
from right here in Fairfax,
Matt and Ethan started M.E.
Landscaping in the Spring of
this year. These young entre-
preneurs have learned their
strong business ethics from
being active members of our
local Boy Scout troop in Marie-
mont. Matt is going into 8th
grade and Ethan will be in 6th
grade this Fall. Just like their
business card says “We get it
done”, these two are hard
workers and take pride in the
jobs they do. The services they
offer are grass cutting, edging,
trimming, leaf blowing, plant-
ing flowers, mulching, bush
trimming & removal, hedge
trimming, weed removal and
spraying for weeds. This Fall
they will offer leaf removal and
in the Winter they can shovel
and apply rock salt on sidewalks and driveways.
If you are in need of yard work services please contact them at: PH: 513-383-1095

FAIRFAX NEIGHBORHOOD
WATCH
The Fairfax Fall Festival will be held on August 25th and 26th
6pm - 11pm each night. The Neighborhood Watch will have 2
booths. One booth will be a BAKE SALE and the other booth will
be collecting items for the YELLOW RIBBBON that will go to the
military. We are in need of baked goods (you can bake something
yourself or buy the baked goods). We are also looking for Christ-
mas Cards to send to the troops. If you have any left over from
last Christmas we would love to have them. People can come and
sign the cards at the Festival. We need items just like what we
collected in May. The money from the BAKE SALE BOOTH will
be divided between the Fire Dept. , the Police Dept., and drinks
for the Neighborhood Watch meetings.
Our next meeting will be on September 21st at 7:00.
If you have any questions or can help us by working and/or bak-
ing call Annie @ 271-2861.
