Mapping CO to PO by ticking on the

checkbox

Ensure the lecturer is assigned to the course

he / she will teach

If the form is uploaded, the default link will automatically change from ‘Upload’

to ‘View | Delete’

If the student name is missing, lecturer may

add his/her name

If the student name should not be in the

list, lecturer may delete his/her name.

This WILL NOT delete the name

permanently from the database

If this message appeared, please contact the admin staff to register the

course in the Academic Planner

If ‘No instructor ‘ is displayed, please contact the admin

staff to add the lecturer in the

‘Course Offer’ module
