Bloomberg at the Faculty of EconomicsEquipped with a trading room, the Faculty offers students the opportunity to learn and use the Bloomberg database and take the Bloomberg certificate (BMC).

THE TRADING ROOMThe Faculty of Economics has a trading room of 10 terminals, connected to the Bloomberg L.P. service, which provides real-time access to markets and financial centers around the world.

Great professional integration

INTERNSHIPTo put academic knowledge into action and to enhance professional skills, the Faculty of Economics offers the opportunity for each student to complete internships up to 6 months depending on the degree.

The professional integration of our students is one of our greatest pride. To meet the needs of the socio-economic world, training provides students with the skills, openness and adaptability necessary for their professional success.

The Faculty has its own Careers Service that aims to make the professional integration of students easier, and supports them to define their professional project after being graduated.

NETWORK AND ALUMNI With more than 15 student associations, the Faculty has a large network of graduates regularly mobilized for training interventions and conferences. In constant development, this network of Alumni is a great tool for disseminating internship and job offers, to facilitate the integration of graduates and their professional mobility throughout their careers.

ENTREPRENEURSHIPThroughout their studies, students can discover entrepreneurship and put their project into action. The Careers Service works with external partners to propose programs that enable students to test a new idea and build their own business.

PROXIMITY TO THE SOCIO-ECONOMIC WORLDIn order to enhance the employability of students, the Faculty is really close to the socio-economic world. Almost half the courses in Master’s degree are taught by external speakers.

Several events are organized throughout the year in order to promote exchanges between students and companies. In addition, students offer their skills for carrying out projects, studies or audits submitted by companies and communities, within a junior entreprise.

Finally, company visits are regularly organized, some at the initiative of the student associations.

Laura Ruiz, University of Granada, Spain“The Faculty of Economics is a place where people are friendly and helpful. The International department does an extraordinary job. There is a Welcome Week for Exchange Students and special courses for us. Not all universities have this. Here we are very lucky!”

Garrett Simmons, Appalachian State University, USA“I was assigned a tutor. He picked me up from the airport when I got here, was able to help me check in to my residence hall. The next couple of days we went to open a bank account and get a cellphone or other necessities. Even throughout the whole semester, if I had any questions, I could ask him. He was really helpful.”
