Surgical Navigation in Dental Implants

Abstract: Surgical Navigation is a new technology used for accurate positioning of the dental implants very similar to a commonly used navigation system in a car. The jaw contains two sets of special ceramic spheres. One set of ceramic spheres acts as the fiducial markers. The second set is used as reference
markers. It provides guidance of the surgical instruments based on a pre-surgical plan and maximize the length of the implants. It was reported that surgical navigation has extremely high precision. Study
shows an average deviation of about 0.9-0.8 mm. Another result with accuracy
of 1.44 ± 0.18 mm was measured in the surgical setup and 0.63 ± 0.07 mm
under ideal conditions. This technology offers surgeons an additional tool that
empowers more comprehensive and conscientious clinical decisions.

Abstract :
A 33 years old female presented to the dental clinic complaining about her smile
and the shape of her teeth. Chief complaint: “I’ve been ashamed of the look of
my teeth for a long time and I hope to re-gain my smile”. She had multiple
defective restorations in her anterior teeth, multiple carious lesions and an
incomplete reduced central that made her lack her self-confidence. Expectations:
According to the best available treatment options for her teeth, E- max crowns
are indicated.

SDR Smart Dentine Replacement
Abstract:
Smart Dentin Replacement (SDR) is a unique and patented formulation of bulk-fill
flowable composite base material. A reduced number of procedural steps versus
conventional layering up to 40% time is saved, and up to 60% less shrinkage
stress. Advantages of SDR include single component, fluoride contain, Self-
levelling, and excellent adaptation. It can be placed in 4mm bulk-fill increments.
Moreover, it is Compatible with all methacrylate based bonding and composites for
capping.

Abstract:
It's undeniable that the demand on dental implants has been on the rise
recently. Many patients show frustration about waiting for healing after
extraction, hence the idea of immediate implants came up. An immediate implant
is an implant placed immediately after tooth extraction. But like any procedure, it
has contraindications so patient selection is of high importance; moreover, the
techniques may differ accordingly.

complication of diabetes. Advanced glycation end product is the main cause of
excess fibrous breakdown and loss of clinical attachment also patient will suffer
