DIPLOMA IN TECHNOLOGY MANAGEMENT (ACCOUNTING)

The Diploma In Technology Management (Accounting) provides a good foundation of knowledge in the areas of accounting and other functional areas of business to prepare individuals who assist higher level executives in preparing accounts and financial reports. This programme also offers the window of opportunity to those who see their future in the paths of becoming knowledge workers and contributing towards accelerating growth in the country’s economy with knowledge and skills with integrated educational experience in disciplines, areas and sub-areas of technology management, financial accounting, auditing, taxation and cost & management accounting as well as management knowledge, information technology, entrepreneurship and interpersonal development.

COURSE OBJECTIVES

The objectives of this programme are in line with the Malaysian government towards encouraging wide spectrum of industrial research and embark on research and development activities. Through the programme, students will be able to:

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

A pass in SPM/SPMV with at least three (3) credits;

OR

A pass in certificate level (MQF Level 3) in related field with PNGK 2.0;

OR

Others equivalent qualification which is recognised by the Malaysian Government

ENGLISH REQUIREMENTS

You must submit supporting evidence of your English language proficiency if your first language is not English, or if your previous education was not taught in English language. These are the following English requirements:

International English Language Test (IELTS): 5.0Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL): 500Or any other equivalent English language test

VISA APPLICATION

The Malaysian Immigration Department requires 6 - 8 working weeks to process visa application. TATIUC International Student Centre will assist you in submitting the necessary application for student visa, upon approval of their application for admission into the programme and issuance of Letter of Acceptance.
