Una speciale attrezzatura da aggiungere alle macchine AF che vi
permetterà fi nalmente di forare ed intagliare senza bisogno di
cambiare la testa di lavorazione.
Factotum è una testa speciale per le macchine AF: non dovrete
più avere un enorme magazzino di teste per la perforazione, e
stampi da taglio, ma potrete ottenere infi niti articoli forati e
tagliati senza la minima fatica e senza dover spendere niente.
Grazie alle speciale struttura della testa e ad un software,
creerete il vostro articolo sul PC e Factotum si adatterà alle
vostre richieste. Squamare con un solo passaggio, creare disegni,
simboli, lettere forate o intagliate non sarà più un sogno ma una
realtà.
L’ultimo gioiello in casa AEFFE MACHINERY nasce dalla volontà di
rinnovare e stravolgere il settore del tessile e del materiale
sintetico.A grande richiesta e in linea con le esigenze dei nostri
clienti, è nata la nuova AF LeSyTex (Leather/Synthetic/Textile):
una macchina ancora più veloce e solida per la lavorazione del
tessuto e materiale sintetico.
Disponibile nelle dimensioni 1.600 mm e 1.800 mm, questo
macchinario è creato in tre diversi modelli: PERFORAZIONE, SNAKE e
MULTIFUNZIONE. Una nuova opportunità per ampliare il già infi nito
range di articoli effettuabili con i modelli per la lavorazioni del
pellame.In aggiunta ai suoi ormai famosi predecessori che già
utilizzano le bobine di carta riciclata, questo macchinario è
supportato da un carrello svolgitore in entrata e un carrello
avvolgitore in uscita per facilitare l’utilizzo dei rotoli di
tessuto e materiale sintetico.Su richiesta del cliente, il modello
a perforazione è realizzabile con o senza il sistema Factotum,
mentre per tutte e tre le versioni è disponibile la testa
riscaldata per consentire l’applicazione di carte o stampa a caldo.
Con questo nuovo macchinario anche i materiali sintetici e il
tessuto avranno fi nalmente la loro squama.
The newest jewel in the AEFFE MACHINERY home arises from the
desire to renew and upset the sector of textile and synthetic
material. By popular request and in accordance to the exigencies of
our customers, it’s born the new AF LeSyTex
(Leather/Synthetic/Textile): a machine even faster and stronger for
the processing of the fabric and synthetic material.
Available in dimensions 1.600mm and 1.800mm, this machinery is
created in three different models: PERFORATION, SNAKE and
MULTIFUNCTION. A new opportunity to expand the already existing
infi nite range of articles practicable with the models for the
processing of the leather.In addition to his famous predecessors
already using the recycled paper rolls, this machinery is supported
by an incoming unwinder carriage and an output winder carriage to
facilitate the use of the rolls of fabric and synthetic material.By
request of the customer, the perforating model is achievable with
or without the Factotum System, while for all three versions is
available the heated head to permit the application foil or hot
printing. By this new machine also synthetic materials and the
fabric will fi nally have their scale.
A special piece of equipment to add to the AF machines that will
fi nally allow you to drill and carve without changing the
processing head.
Factotum is a special head for machines AF: you no longer have a
huge warehouse of heads for drilling, cutting and mold making, but
you can get infi nite drilled and cut items without any diffi culty
and without having to spend anything.
Thanks to the special structure of the head and a software, you
will create your article by PC and factotum system will adapt to
your requirements . Flake with a single step, create drawings,
symbols, perforated or cut letters will no longer be a dream but a
reality.

La tecnologia di perforazione AEFFE viene costantemente

clienti.Le nostre perforatrici possono eseguire le seguenti
operazioni in continuo su pelli e materiali sintetici: forare –
incidere – tagliare – placcare – stampare e se necessario tutto
contemporaneamente.Tutti i modelli sono controllati
elettronicamente e la velocità di lavoro può variare da 0 a 400
colpi al minuto.Il tappeto di carta che trasporta il materiale, può
essere riutilizzato più volte.Tutte le macchine AEFFE sono in

Per coloro che non sono interessati alla perforazione.Studiata
unicamente per intagliare e risponde perfettamente alle esigenze di
una lavorazione ormai in pieno sviluppo.
Il potente motore da oltre 50 Nm è controllato elettronicamente
e permette un’enorme variazione delle velocità (da 0 a 400 colpi al
minuto). Il tappeto di carta che trasporta il materiale, può essere
riutilizzato più volte.
AF Multifunzione è disponibile in 3 dimensioni (1.200 – 1.600 –
1.800 millimetri) e comprende tutte le funzioni delle altre
macchine (perforazione, taglio, squama e Factotum).
Con il sistema Factotum non è necessario acquistare o cambiare
gli stampi per ottenere perforazioni differenti: è suffi ciente
programmare la macchina da computer per ottenere articoli
totalmente diversi. È inoltre possibile fare disegni o scrivere,
oltre ad effettuare perforazioni standard. Con il “sistema di
taglio standard” si possono realizzare infi niti articoli
differenti cambiando solo il programma, senza dover cambiare nulla
all’interno della macchina. Con la macchina Multifunzione è inoltre
possibile utilizzare la funzione Snake, per realizzare squame di
dimensioni e forma diversa e ottenere così articoli squamati sempre
più vicini alla realtà. La grande velocità della funzione Snake
permette di realizzare grandi produzioni in poco tempo, da 50 a 100
metri lineari in un’ora.

AF-Snake è la nuova in casa AEFFE MACHINERY, ed unisce la
velocità e la maneggevolezza di AFcut e Factotum, la nuova testa
programmabile di AF. 1800 mm, 1600 mm, 1200 mm.
AF-Snake sfrutta le ultime tecnologie per poter dar vita a
squame sempre più vicine a quelle dei veri rettili. Il motore
vettoriale da circa 10 Kw è controllato elettronicamente e permette
una variazione della velocità da 0 a 400 colpi al minuto.
AF-Snake is the newest in AEFFE MACHINERY home, and combines the
speed and maneuverability of AFcut and Factotum, the new AF
programmable head.1800 mm, 1600 mm, 1200 mm.
AF-Snake uses the latest technology to be able to give birth at
scales closer and closer to those of true reptiles . The vector
engine for about 10 Kw is electronically controlled and allows a
speed variation from 0 to 400 strokes per minute.
