Crendon Timber Engineering is a leading designer and manufacturer of engineered timber products. Operating from eight sites around the UK, its Timber Engineering business designs and manufactures Roof Trusses and Engineered Floors. An exciting opportunity has become available for a selfmotivated, confident individual to join our Operations team as a Factory/Yard Operative. The role involves assisting in the manufacturing of trusses and joists; using your skills as a forklift operator you will be picking timber for customer orders. You will be required to work safely and efficiently and ensure the work environment is kept clean and tidy. You will be capable of working under pressure in order to meet deadlines and will be able to pick up processes and functions quickly. You will also be able to build effective working relationships with both the Operations team as well as the wider work force at the East Harling branch. Holding either a sideloader C1 category or Combilift M2 category certificate is essential however training on other areas of the role will be provided.
