   Procedure  &  Timings  

1st  May-­‐24nd  May:  Online  nomination  form  to  be  done  by  the  partner  inst itut ion.  (emails  will  not  apply)  1st  May-­‐31st  May:  Online  appl icat ion  form  to  be  done  by  the  nominees.  (a  password  is  sent  directly  to  the  student  from  the  moment  the  nomination  is  done  by  the  home  institution)

@Online  Nomination  (institution):  No  documents  @Application  Form  (student)*:              -­‐copy  of  ID/passport  (passport  is  strongly  recommended)            -­‐copy  of  EHIC  or  private  insurance            -­‐learning  agreement  before  mobility    (*some  faculties  require  extra  documents)  

Academic  calendar   -­‐F irst  term:  From  beginning  of  September  to  mid-­‐December    -­‐Second  term:  From  beginning  of  February  to  mid-­‐May  

Exam  dates   -­‐F irst  term:  Second  half  January  (approx.)  -­‐Second  term:  End  of  May  &  beginning  of  July  (approx.)  

   Language  

Spanish   is  the  teaching  language.  B1  Spanish  is  h ighly  recommended.    Exceptions  apply:              -­‐Certificate  B1  Spanish  is  requested  for:  Faculty  of  Medicine                    students  (Badajoz  campus)  together  with  more  documents            -­‐Recommended  B1  Spanish  AND/OR  B1  English  for:    Polytechnic  School  +  Veterinary  Faculty  +  Teacher  Training  Faculty  +  Sciences  Faculty.
