There will be two buildings at Dominion Raceway. The main structure is a three story 37,000 sq.ft. 55’ tall multipurpose building that is centrally located and serves all of the Motorsports/Entertainment venues. Utilizing a pre-engineering structure by Butler Buildings its design is efficient, cost effective and allows for large unencumbered floor loading. This building can accommodate banquets, shows, corporate product releases, auctions, meeting places, as well as a host of non-traditional motorsports offerings; for instance Drive-in Movies, Concerts and Bingo Nights to name only a few.

This building as designed can be opened to the outdoors and used in conjunction with the grounds for larger events or can serve as a party deck (2nd floor) for motorsports events. Floors can be combined for events requiring 20,000 sq.ft. of indoor conditioned meeting or demonstration/show space. Included in this structure are modern audio/video and WIFI entertainment offerings/capabilities, full food storage, prep and serving, dedicated lounge area, as well as a bar for client entertainment before, during and after the event.
