Our relationship with Benenden healthcare goes back 7 years. Whenour partnership began, Benenden’s HQ was a converted Victorianhouse in which 40 people worked, but the organisation has grownsteadily over the years and now employs some 150 people at its HeadOffice.
We installed the organisation’s first vendingmachine ? years ago andalthough the contract has been reviewed every three years, we’re stilltogether.
Our service has changed as Benenden’s needs have changed: the latestdevelopment on site is the installation of a premium coffee offer,which reflects the growing sophistication of the Benenden staff whenit comes to coffee consumption. ‘It was time to up-grade our coffeeoffer’, said Benenden’s Jeff Woodhouse. ‘It’s amazing to see howvending technology has improved in recent years and it’s now the casethat with the right machine and the right ingredients it’s possible todeliver great tasting espresso based drinks, similar to those enjoyed byour staff in the High Street Coffee Shops.’
Each time the contract comes up for renewal, Jeff takes a look at themarketplace to check what’s available, but – so far! – he has returnedeach time to Refreshment Systems. ‘RSL is not necessarily the cheapestdeal we’re offered’, he admitted, ‘but ‘cheapest’ doesn’t necessarilymean ‘best’. It’s impossible to fault RSL when it comes to service’ hesaid. ‘Not a week goes by without a call, and it’s hard to put a price onthat kind of customer care.
‘Refreshment Systems have supported us as we’ve grown in size andI’d be happy to recommend their service.’
