Course Details

The IWFM Certificate in Facilities Management is a 24-credit qualification and provides an introduction to the various processes involved in facilities administration. Suitable for newcomers and junior roles in facilities management. There are 4 modules to complete:

FM4.01 Overview of Facilities Management (6 credits)

FM4.04 Understanding Facilities Management Support Services Operations (6 credits)

FM4.05 Managing Health and Safety in Own Areas of Facilities Management (6 credits)

FM4.10 Understanding Leadership and Management in Facilities Management (6 credits)

Diploma in Facilities Management

Course Details

The IWFM Diploma in Facilities Management is a 48-credit qualification and offers a more comprehensive knowledge and application of facilities management in the workplace, covering FM operations of buildings.

Suitable for those with 2-3 years of experience, and aspiring Facilities Managers, Premises Manager, Contract Managers and Account Managers.

There are 8 modules to complete:

FM4.04 Understanding Facilities Management Support Services Operations (6 credits)

FM4.05 Managing Health and Safety in Own Areas of Facilities Management (6 credits)
