Project: FEED for BAB CO2 Injection Pilot ProjectClient : ADCO (Abu Dhabi Company for Onshore Oil Operations) - ADNOC Group

ADCO intends to study the utilization of the recovered CO2 gas for injection into the Bab field reservoir for reducing the CO2 emissions into the environment.The work involving, Carry out the FEED for CO2 injection into BAB Field reservoir that consists of several pipelines systems e.g CO2 Injection Pipeline System, Water Injection Pipeline, Oil Producer Pipeline. Design of pipe supports, pipeline pig launchers/receiver (Scrappers), thrust blocks and above ground pipe supports, crossovers, platforms, sow for topography survey, sow for geotechnical investigation, TBE for third party services and sub-contractor coordination, BOQ, inputs to cost estimation report and inputs to EPC scope of work etc. These pipelines were designed in accordance ASME B31.4, several Shell DEP Specification, ADCO Company standard, and several API Code.

Project: FEED for Gas Export Pipeline at Badra Oilfield, Iraq, owned by GAZPROMClient : Gazprom Neft Badra B.VThe works performed under this project is Design of storage tanks, and interconnecting pipelines and gas export/ Cross country pipelines carryout corrosion and material selection, Pipelines design and engineering, cathodic protection designs, recommendations for all the plant facilities including Tank ., preparation of SOW for Topography Survey and Geotechnical investigation, and and scope of works for EPC. Carried out the FEED for gas export pipeline from Badra Oilfield to Al-Zubaida Power Station, with flow rate 156 MMSCFD. The pipeline routes were crossing with some major roads and also Tigris river. The pipeline was designed in accordance ASME B31.8 and several API Code.
