This is a list of tools that are most commonly used to stay well and to help relieve symptoms.

• Coming back into Society it is important to consider everything you need to do on a daily basis to not only support an individual with the transition into society.
• It is equally important to have these things set up to maintain and stay in Society!

*Now this is where you really work with the individual coming home.
*We know most people are subject to have to go back into the environment they came from.
*Triggers & Action Plans for Society
• These are things we need to discuss with individuals one on one basis.
• Early warning signs can also be worked on when you are helping the individual explore triggers.

• In spite of our best efforts, our symptoms may progress to the point where they are very uncomfortable, serious and even dangerous, but we are still able to take some action on our own behalf. This is a very important time.
