    The Project comprises of:

    - Software block (G+4) with maximum grid spacing of 12.13x13.15m in office Built up Area: 500,000 sftarea and a Cafeteria at ground floor with a span of 25m.

    Office Space comprises of 251 workstation per floor built on 3.5mn sft.- MLCP block(G+5) with multi level car parking having maximum grid panel of

    9.4X7.9m.

    Structure was built with unique concept to look like a tree from inside, with

    the structural steel members representing tree branches etc., left bare

    without cladding or any cover.

    The Structural analogy consists of supporting the entire structure using a

    space frame in line with architectural requirement of a tree shape.

    The Building consist of B+G+13 storey

    Structural .system of the building consists of central core and 5 peripheral

    Columns in RCC with transfer girders around the perimeter of the slabs to

    support the floating columns. Structure is unique in itself with only 5 columnsrunning through the height of the structure along with central core.

    Prism Towers is a high rise building structure comprising offices at lower Structure shown is among the various steel canopies at Burj Dubai Lake Hotel

    levels and residential dwellings at upper floors (2 basement +ground+50) This Canopy is 15m tall and is supported on 7 steel column resting at 6 floor

    The building is designed to have inclined front surface. Structural system level supported by RCC columns. The Canopy has a cantilever of 10m which

    consist of shear/ core walls with flat slab arrangements. overhangs by 3m from the support.
