We no longer have any winless teams in the Pro division as Mile High Built barely pulled out the W. In all actuality, the Disciples had control throughout the game but just couldn't hold on in the end. Dero Ard would find Haydn Strauss to get the first points of the game. They'd even go up 13 to 0 late in the game. Mile High Built would finally get on the scoreboard when Derek Holiday found Anthony Rankin for the six. The Disciples found themselves giving the ball back to a veteran QB who knows how to get it done. If only the Disciples could have found a way to get one more first down, they'd be sitting at two wins on the season. Derek Holiday would get the ball with great field possession at the 36-yard line. They would tie it up on a school yard pass to Tommy Hilbert but end up taking the lead with the extra point. This win by Mile High Built has made for a three-way tie of teams at 1 and 4. The Disciples and Mile High Built are two of those teams. With all three teams having beaten each other, all three are in must win mode. One of these squads will make the playoffs while one could potentially be relegated to the Comp division. The Disciples have Devon Acker in line for the sack title as he is sitting at 10 on the season after getting two in this game. The Disciples will see if they can right the ship against a very tough Bros squad. With Mile High Built finally getting a notch in the win column, they'll look to get notch #2 against the Bulls.

The win by the Bros has them locked in as one of the top three seeds for the playoffs. The loss for Menace was definitely a heart breaker in the fact they looked to be cruising to a win. Menace would make a huge stop on the Bros first offensive series that set up good field position for their offense. It took one play to score when Jesse Eaton connected with Marcus Crowder on a 44-yard touchdown. The Bros just couldn't find any answers against the Menace defense. Before the half, Donell Wells threw a pick six to Kyle Bowers. The second half wound up being the total opposite from the first. The Bros flipped a switch and scored 26 unanswered points. Moss Henderson kept saying "it's a long game," and he made sure to prove that point when he made two interceptions, one of which he returned for six. This win for the Bros has not only locked in their playoff spot but they can fall no lower than the third seed. Menace on the other hand is in a battle to remain in the playoff conversation. They'll have to step up their game when facing the red-hot Huskers this weekend.

Similar to the game before this one, CTS controlled the first half. Quickly jumping out to a 13 to nothing lead. Braden Miltenberger was looking way better than his last stint in the Pro division. CTS decided to make the switch to Braden with Duece Richardson being out. He would connect with Ray Whittiker and Teddy Colbert for the two first half touchdowns. The Bulls would turn the tide, only allowing 37 total yards to CTS's offense in the second half and keeping them out of the endzone. To compliment that defensive performance the Bulls offense would find the endzone on three successive possessions. On the receiving end of those touchdowns were Corey Sample, Eric Dynes, and Jalen Kittrell. Corey would also make a huge interception late in the game. Facing his former team, Mike Timm did come away with two sacks on the day. Up next for CTS will be an early start against the Rockers. CTS has a few players who've worn the green and gold in different leagues. So just like the Huskers, they are pretty familiar with their schemes and tendencies. The Bulls finish off the season against Mile High Built this Sunday and the Disciples in week 7. A win against either squad will lock up a playoff spot.

Starting out, the Rockers looked as if they were going to make this into a heck of a game. They started off with a defensive stop that gave their offense the ball with a short field to go. Pat Yanda would take advantage and connect with Nick Mancuso for his first of three touchdowns on the day. The Huskers, not to be out done, drove right back down as Artie Barcelo found Antoine Kelly on a 5-yard touchdown pass. From there until half, it was all Huskers. They would force three straight interceptions and bring two of those back for scores. The Huskers would add three more scores in the second half to finish out the game. The Rockers did finish the game strong but that deficit was far too great to overcome. Artie probably has solidified the MVP award with this five-touchdown performance. The way the Huskers are playing right now they look unbeatable. We do however play the games still because nothing is a 100% sure thing these days. Even without DaJuan Thomas, this Huskers pass rush is still dangerous as they racked up 3 more sacks to their league lead in team sacks. The Huskers have locked up a bye in the first round but won't be able to secure the number one seed until week7. For this week they'll face off against Menace. The Rockers will look to get win number five against CTS.

For as much improvement the Mob has made, they still need plenty more. They were in a back and forth battle with the Bullies till the end. The weakness on both teams are definitely on the defensive side. That could be a scheme thing or it could be missing a few key pieces to help them succeed. Both teams were able to move the ball offensively. For the Bullies they relied more on the deep ball while Mob more so methodically drove down the field. With a record of 2 and 3, Mob is only sitting a game out of the last playoff spot. That spot belongs to the Matadors and that is who the Mob will go up against this Sunday. The key for Mob to get the win is to keep the Matadors offense to two scores or less. The Bullies on the other hand have been officially eliminated from playoff contention. Hopefully that doesn't discourage them from continuing to show up as they are going up against Sudden Impact. The Bullies strength is definitely their offense which will go up against Sudden Impact's defense, which is their strength.

After last week's tough loss, the Matadors came back strong by just dismantling the Mustangs in all aspects of the game. The Mustangs moved the ball a little in the first half but couldn't handle the pass rush of the Matadors. Sitting with a 3 and 2 record, the Matadors are tied for the fifth seed. They have a very intriguing matchup this Sunday when they'll face the Mob. It’s not a very well-known opponent but I'm sure their defense is chomping at the bit to see what the talk is about regarding QB SefoLiufau. Not saying they won't make plays buy he is definitely every bit as talented as advertised. A win would lock up a playoff spot for the Matadors, so this Sunday is a crucial game. Ohhh, the Mustangs... They are officially knocked out of the playoff race. I’ve seen they have talent but they need to make sure they are putting that talent in the right position to succeed. We shall see what they can do when they face off against a very tough FOE team.

Kryptonite started out giving Band of Brothers trouble with their pass rush. They were even sending four at times. Once Kryptonite got the ball they drove down and scored on that first possession. Unfortunately, that would be the last time they saw the endzone for the rest of the game. Shortly after half time Band of Brothers held a 19 to 7 lead that ended up turning into the 27 to 7 final score. This Band of Brothers is playing the best ball in the Comp division. The ability to make adjustments when needed is paying dividends. There is even talks of these guys being the next team to move up to the Pro division. Of course, they will need to earn that by winning in the playoffs. Before those playoffs, B.O.B will face off against the Lightning. On paper that should be a competitive game but I've been known to be wrong before. Kryptonite on the other hand has now suffered their first loss of the season. Their offense was bottled up even though they had Jovan Mays there to play QB. Right now, the offensive production is trending in the wrong direction. They will need to turn the tide this Sunday when they face the Chiefs.

In a rematch from last season’s playoffs, the Lightning continued were they left off. Scoring on their first drive and then forcing the Chiefs to punt on their first possession. On that punt Jalen Sampson would turn it on and return it for six. That had the Lightning up big but the Chiefs would fight their way back into the game. They would make their way all the way back to tie the game at 22 at the end of regulation. Heading in to overtime, where it’s college rules, The Chiefs made a controversial decision to take the ball first. Well, it worked out and they would punch it in for six. When it was the Lightning's turn, John Everhart threw an interception on their second play. That would give the Chiefs the win and a record of 4 and 1 on the season, setting up another big game for them this weekend when facing a hungry and ready to bounce back Kryptonite. The Lightning's road won't get any easier by going against the red-hot Band of Brothers. Some good match ups giving a preview to how the postseason should be.

The award for top scoring team in week 5 goes to Family Over Everything. They just poured it on Sudden Impact to secure their 3rd win via Mercy Rule. FOE was another squad that returned a punt for six. The defense for FOE is unreal while they have only given up 38 points. This game was no different as they put constant pressure on Sudden Impact's QB TJ Manning. The long season for Sudden Impact continues as they've only been able to put up 6 points all season. They have officially been eliminated from the playoffs after this loss. The youth on this team does show promise. They'll go up against another fellow winless team in the Bullies for week 6. As for FOE, they have flown under the radar and teams are still underestimating what this squad is capable of. They'll finish off the season against the Mustangs and the Matadors. On paper, they should get win number 5 this Sunday against the Mustangs. I'm not sure if the Mustangs have enough talent to get past this defense.

REMINDER: It is on the team captain’s to make sure their players know the rules and follow them. There is absolutely NO FIGHTING. Doing so will result in HEAVY fines and suspensions. The rules are there for a reason. If fights happen then we may lose the rights to play on the amazing fields

we have. Also, after each game the sidelines will be checked to make sure the trash has been cleaned up. Fines will be implemented to teams that leave their sidelines trashed. So please clean

up after yourselves and your fans. Lets have good sportsmanship and have a great season.

The PF3 Code of Conduct/Suspensions/Fines/Penalties document can be found on our website www.premierflagfootball.com. Click on the Home tab, then select Documents.

FREE AGENT LISTING! GUARANTEED PLACEMENT OR YOUR MONEY BACK!!!

Don't have a team, and have the talent to compete in the PF3's PRO or Competitive levels??? Individuals (18 years and older) looking to play in our league can register here, and get listed on

our Team Captains Facebook page! Free agents must register and pay a $25 fee (plus transaction fee) to be placed on a league's free agent list. Premier Flag Football Federation will make an

effort to place each and every free agent! If a free agent is unable to be placed on a team, then all fees will be refunded. Addition team fees may be required by the team that makes the decision to

add free agent to their roster.
