A fabulous holiday lodge with a sun terrace, hot tub and parking, in the fabulous
holiday and leisure park of Finlake.
Steps lead through a gate onto the sun terrace of timber decking and leads to the
entrance at the side of the lodge. Inside, it is spacious and modern with light and
neutral decor throughout, and feels warm with gas central heating and double glazing.
The entrance door opens into a spacious and light, open-plan living space which has a
kitchen/dining area that has a durable dark oak-effect vinyl floor and a modern fitted
kitchen with marble-effect worktop space, and a range of fitted base and drawer units,
in a wood-effect with matching wall-cabinets, providing ample storage. Well-equipped,
there is a built-in oven with a gas hob, glass splashback and extractor hood above, a
stainless-steel sink with a mixer tap, an integrated dishwasher and fridge/freezer, and
space beneath the worktop for another appliance. There is a built -in eye-level
microwave combination oven, and plenty of floor space for a dining table seating for
four, perfect for any occasion. The living area is carpeted and filled with light from
triple-aspect windows and a mock-fireplace, with a flame-effect electric heater making
a nice feature and focal point for the room, and French doors extend the inside space
outside onto the terrace.
The master bedroom is a good-sized double with plush carpet underfoot, a built-in
dressing table with overhead storage, a display shelf and feature lighting. There is a
walk-in wardrobe and an en suite shower room containing a shower, a pedestal basin,
a WC and a medicine cabinet with a mirror door. The second bedroom is a twin with a
built in wardrobe, overhead storage and feature lighting and the family shower room
contains a shower, a vanity unit with an inset basin and storage beneath for toiletries,
a WC, a chrome heated towel rail, some display shelving, and a built in cupboard
containing a condensing combi-boiler which provides the heating and hot water on
demand.
Outside, the extensive terrace of timber decking surrounds the property on three sides
and is fully-enclosed making it safe for both children and pets. It makes a wonderful
venue for a barbecue, alfresco dining or simply enjoying the sunshine and tranquil
surroundings. To the rear there is a private area with a hot tub, making a fabulous
place to unwind with a glass of your favourite fizz. A tarmac driveway provides parking
for one car, with more parking available in nearby carparks.
The lodge is available for owner use all year round for short breaks or for periods of up
to six months at a time and can be let out when not in use, for which Finlake run a
management service. The lodge has excellent letting potential providing good returns
every year to date.

A typical old Devon town, Chudleigh has numerous narrow lanes and
passageways between quaint old cottages. It is located at the end of
the Teign Valley, close to the Haldon Hills. Perhaps more to the point
