Fabricated Steel Pipe Fittings

VEROFLO’s range of Steel and Stainless Steel Pipe Fittings encompasses both generic and custom made Fittings toconnect all types of Piping. We supply Pipe Fittings to customers across a range of industries and countries, in bothFusion Bonded Epoxy coated Carbon Steel and high grade 304 or 316 Stainless Steel. Our offering provides unrivalleddurability and is suitable for the most demanding applications. Every item is made by skilled staff and productionworkers at our Sebenza facility which is ISO 9001 and ISO 18001 certified.

We are an internationally trusted manufacturer and supplier to flagship infrastructure projects and, wherever highquality pipe fittings are required. In addition, to our standard ranges of fittings, our specialist team can manufactureany pipeline components and bespoke fittings as required.

We work to widely recognised standards including SANS, ASME, AWWA and EN and many more to ensure our pipefittings provide functional leak free integration with any new or existing pipe network. We can fulfil orders of any sizeand, offer short lead times.

Specifications for Materials, Construction and Coatings

Fitting Materials of Construction: Carbon Steel SABS 1431 grade 300 and 350 WA or SANS 10025-2 grade SJ355. Alternatively Stainless Steel 304 and 316

Coatings and Linings: Fusion Bonded Epoxy to SANS 1217 - 300 microns as standard Hot Dipped Galvanised to SANS 121. Other coatings on request.

Manufacturing Specifications: SANS 1476, SANS 15614-1, ASME B31.3, API 1104, ASME IX, and EN 10224.

End Connection OptionsPlain Ended Fittings and Flanged FittingsVEROFLO fittings are supplied as standard with Flangedends to SANS 1123/3. Fittings with flanged ends to EN1092, BS4504 or BS 10 are available on request.Alternatively fittings can be supplied Plain Ended for usewith couplings

Fabricated Pipe Fittings

WHY VEROFLO FABRICATED PIPE FITTINGS

High PerformanceVERFLO Steel Fittings have a high tensile strength, a highmodulus of elasticity, elongation factor and yield strength.These factors give the fittings the ability to withstand severestresses caused by shifting ground, heavy loads, waterpressure and water hammer. VEROFLO Fittings in additionare highly resistant to cyclic failure making them favourable foruse with all pipeline materials including Plastics pipelines.

CoatingsAll VEROFLO Fittings regardless of size are fusion bondedepoxy (FBE) coated to 300 microns as standard.

Low Life Cycle CostingVEROFLO Fittings have a low installation cost, providemaintenance free operation, have high flow capacities, areresistant to cathodic corrosion (dependant on coating) and arelatively low initial purchase price . All these factorscombined ensure decades of a low life cycle costing.

Every VEROFLO fitting is made with care and pride to meetthe highest possible level of performance in any pipelineapplication.

Flexibility in DesignVEROFLO fittings come in a variety of jointing options fromPlain Ended to Flanged and Socketed or, Shouldered for usewith Victaulic couplings. This allows for a connection solutionto virtually any piping application.

VEROFLO fittings are manufactured in sizes DN50 to DN1200as standard and for pressure ratings of up to PN64. Fittingsare offered in standard lengths as well as bespoke for specificapplications.

The wide pressure range, end connection and coating optionsand, short lead times for the VEROFLO fittings provides theengineer with flexibility in design and the contractor ease ofinstallation.
