FAARMS is an objective asset
auditing methodology supported by a
global database tool that records the
complete history of an asset condition and associated risks and physical
condition through multiple objective
audits.

In short, FAARMS assists clients to manage assets
so that the life of assets can be extended with
minimum maintenance cost.
Actions out of FAARMS is sorted according to
priority defined by RISK (Likelihood \
Consequence) and condition rating.
This allow client to budget for next financial year
only on the critical items.

On site the following things are noted:
• Identify condition and assign item
