F2020 | OVERFILLPREVENTION SYSTEM
The Emco Wheaton F2020 Overfill Prevention System incorporates the latest fast response optic self-checking electronics for preventing the overfilling of bottom loaded petroleum tanker compartments during the terminal loading process. If the F2020 detects an overfill it will stop the flow, preventing a spill. It has been designed to meet the requirements of EN 13922, API RP- 1004 regulations.
The system compliments the long established, high quality Emco Wheaton BLVR valve and systems.
F2020 | HIGH LEVEL CUT OFF
• Self-checking electronics for maximum reliability and endurance• 5 wire and 2 wire system options• 2 wire for tankers with up to 8 compartments. Compatible with 10 pin socket only• 5 wire for tankers with up to 12 compartments. Compatible with 6 and 10 pin socket only
• Fluoro-elastomer seals compatible with petroleum products• Housing protection to IP66 with impact rating better than 09 (10 joule impact) for maximum durability• Compatible with all known systems on the market
FEATURES - SYSTEM
• Available in 7" (135 to 180mm), 12" (278.752 to 325.25mm), 15" (355 to 400mm) and 18" (431.20 to 476.20mm) lengths. Other lengths available to order• Fast response optic sensor detection• Borosilicate glass prism resistant to fuels and solvents• Two gland ports with M20x1.5 threads (PG16 and NPT threads available as options)• ATEX Certified probe for use in zone zero flammable hazard area with group IIA gas• Probe also available for sale as an aftermarket product
PROBE/CANE
• Prevents loading if not properly connected• Stops the loading operation automatically if the ground bolt breaks
GROUNDING BOLT
• API-Compatible, allowing interface with all known optic control monitor plugs• For use with 2 wire sensors and 5 wire sensors• Includes ground connection pin• Hard anodised aluminium construction• Four J-slots (10 pin) and three J-slots (6 pin) sockets available
SOCKET
• Overall Diameter: 7.2 ± 0.3 mm• Temperature range: -40°C + 90°C• 5 wire (5 core) and 2 wire (7 core) cable available• Conductor colours 5 wire: white grey, blue, green, yellow• 2 wire black and white
CABLE
• Simulates up to 7 compartments• Inverse polarity protection• Compatible with all known 2 wire controllers
