The state of the pneumatic conveying system refers to the movement pattern of the material changing in the pipeline with the
change of the conveying air volume during the movement of the gas-solid two-phase flow. When the speed is higher than the
material suspension speed, the material is in a suspended state and is uniformly distributed with the airflow: when the wind speed
starts to decrease. the material begins to settle; when the air volume is further reduced, the material begins to aggregate in the
pipeline, causing the group to puls;ite. State; when the wind speed is continuously reduced, the bulk material begins to block the
pipe surface, forming an unstable plug. which is transported by the pressure of the air; then reducing the wind speed, the material
will become a stable plug. and the pressure will be driven by the pressure of the air; When the wind speed is reduced and the
pressure exceeds the rated pressure of the air source, the pipe is blocked.
The state classification of the pneumatic conveying system is divided into three categories: suspension flow transportation.
dense phase transportation and plug flow transportation according to the movement state of the material in the pipeline. The choice
of conveying type is related to the characteristics of the material, the conveying distance and other parameters, and the conveying
method can be selected according to the actual site conditions.

The gas produced by the combustion of the boiler is filtered by an electric precipitator to produce the original fly ash. The raw ash enters the ash conveying pipeline through the discharge valve, and the luotz vacuum pump has a small effect and is separated by a two-stage separator to form coarse ash and fine ash and then fall into the original ash storage. The fly ash of the original ash warehouse can be directly loaded by the unloader machine. and can be further separated into graded ash by a sorting machine.

The shunt valve is an important device for switching the pipeline in the conveying system. It plays the role of changing the flow direction of the conveying material. It adopts a cock-type structure, which is tightly sealed and has zero commutation. The transportation of suitable materia ls. powders and other media. In terms of control, the gear rack swing cylinder or electric actuator is used to drive the cock to turn, and the magnetic switch is installed to instruct and control the cylinder reversing. The electromagnetic reversing valve controls the intake and exhaust to realize the commutation.
