GENERAL WEDDING INFORMATION Food & Beverage Estimates $80-$100 per person for daytime events, prior to tax and service charges (Daytime events to conclude by 3:00pm) $145-$170 per person for evening events, prior to tax and service charges A 16% service charge, 6% administrative fee and an 8% state sales tax will be added to all food and beverage charges. Your catering manager is pleased to consult on applicable ballroom minimums. Wedding Ceremony $500 -$1,000 for daytime weddings, dependant on location & number of guests. $1,000 -$2,000 for evening weddings, dependant on location & number of guests. In addition to the event space, rental prices include upholstered banquet chairs. Deposits & Space Confirmation Dates are considered definite upon receipt of a primary deposit and the signed catering contract. The primary deposit is 50% of the contracted food and beverage minimum. A second deposit may be required 90 days prior to your event. The estimated outstanding balance (pre-payment) is due ten days business days prior to your event along with a completed credit card authorization form for any remaining balance at the conclusion of your event. Guarantee A final confirmation or ‘guarantee’ of your anticipated number of guests is required by 12:00 Noon, (3) working days prior to your banquet function and this guarantee may not be reduced. We will make an allowance to set 5% above your guarantee for events under 500, and 3% for events that are over 500 guests. Labor Fees Bartender fee of $100 per bartender. Cash bar cashier fee of $25 per hour with a three-hour minimum per cashier. Chef Attendant Fee of $150 each per one-hour period. Coat check fee of $25 per hour with a three-hour minimum per coat check. Parking Valet parking is available for your guests at a published hourly rate. You may host the parking for your guests and have these charges applied to your account if you wish. Self-parking is not available at the hotel. Guest Rooms The bride and groom are offered a complimentary room on the night of the event, based on availability. For catering events, a guest room block may be arranged for your guests that would like to stay at the hotel. Please contact your catering manager to coordinate the details.

You may also customize your wedding menu with the a la carte menus. Please see your Catering Manager for details.
Details All menus include house baked rolls with sweet butter, freshly brewed coffee, tea and herbal infusions. Vegetarian meals are available upon request. The first course(s) and main entrée(s) selection is to be chosen at your tasting or 2 weeks prior to wedding. Your guest’s entrée selections are required 72 hours in advance of your event. Wedding Cake designs are to be confirmed by the Executive Pastry Chef at least 90 days prior. A 16% service charge, 6% administrative fee and an 8% state sales tax will be added to all food and beverage
charges. Menu Tasting
Once you have contracted your event, you may schedule a complimentary menu tasting for up to (4) guests if your event is over 50 guests.
It is recommended you schedule your tasting at least 3 months in advance of your wedding date. Menu tastings are held Monday through Thursday at 2:30pm. Please check with your Catering Manager for

Your wedding cake vision will come to life as Chef Schmitt & his teams of designers are pleased to create the custom cake of your dreams. The cost of a la carte wedding cakes begins at $8 per person; however price is subject to design & detail.
