Leadership Workgroup Goals

• Exemplar district leadership teams are engaging in an effective leadership framework that results in improved student outcomes.

• Exemplar districts are using resources/tools/materials developed by our group

• Define and provide examples of integrated MTSSS• Build transparent communication across

stakeholders (legislators, DOE projects, FLDOE, university preparation programs, districts)

• All districts are aware of the leadership team framework and protocol developed
