Educational Background

Currently handling the largest airline in Singapore. I am leading our digital team to work on with their digital banner ads such as standard HTML5, rich media, and dynamic banners. We are also developing their responsive edm, microsites and maintaining their existing websites.

Tigerair was one my main accounts. I am responsible on all their digtal BAU deliverables. A couple of account executives were responsible on liaising with the client and preparing the project brief. Once it’s ready, I will take it from there and brief the designers and developers.

I am directly engaged with STB for maintaining their busıness website called BTMICE that is built with AEM. My role is to manage the contents of BTMICE website and do budgeting for each updates. Technical issues will be reported to our tech team via JIRA. I also developed my own content tracker that indicates the number of hours spent for out of scope jobs, and the cost of each update that is being deducted from the retainer’s fee.

Standard Chartered is one my pioneer accounts when I started working in TBWA\. I am tasked to manage their “Business as usual” deliverables and communicate with the account servicing team.

EDB or also known as “Future Ready Singapore” is one of my main accounts. The site was built with Adobe Experience Manager which is also known as CQ5. I was trained to do the content management such as publishing and/or adding new articles, editing existing contents, uploading images, setting the tags, categories, etc. I am directly in contact with the clients and the 3rd party content writers King Content, Eco-business, and Inkspire Group. I’m also tasked to update our content trackers in google excelsheet and give frequent updates in our own-developed ticketing system that we are using for both ends.

This was the first time that I attended a Photography Seminar hosted by Nat Geo photographer Catherine Karnow. The topic was more about travel photography which is also my kind of interest aside from landscape.

UXSG Meetup ( July 19, 2016 )

Participated in one of the well-known UI/UX meetups in Singapore.
