SPRING 2015 ASSESSMENT SCHEDULE
FCAT/FCAT 2.0 Reading/Mathematics Retake Science, Grade 5, 8
FSA Reading, Grades 3 – 11 Mathematics, Grades 3 – 8
EOC NGSSS:
Retake Algebra Biology 1, Civics, U.S.History
FSA Algebra 1, Algebra 2, Geometry
Stanford Achievement Test, Grades K -2
DAILY SCHEDULES
Briefing to be released the week of February 2nd Paper-based tests must be administered on
designated days Flexibility in the administration of computer-based
tests (CBT) Schedule based on student needs and computer
availability One grade/subject does not need to be completed
before another begins Must be completed by specified date for each
program Paper-based accommodations must be administered at
beginning of the specified window for each program
PREPARATIONS FOR CBT
Certification Tool Record number of workstations available for
testing and number of tests to be administered to demonstrate readiness
FSA – due February 3rd
FCAT/NGSSS – due February 24th
Readiness Trials Simulate test day utilization to identify capacity
problems for the school, district, and vendor FSA – All schools, one day only: January 27th

DISTRICT-DESIGNATED END-OF-COURSE ASSESSMENTS (DDEOC)
SB 736 – Student Success Act
Assessments may include: • Statewide assessments; • Other standardized assessments including nationally recognized standardized assessments;
• Industry certification examinations;• District-developed or district-selected EOC assessments; and/or
• Teacher/principal-selected assessments. 5

Initial list of courses
Update to be provided during the week of February 2nd
Assessments will be multiple-choice and conducted within a class period
Scores will be collected through the electronic gradebook system (not to be factored into course GPA).
For the baseline year, DDEOC scores will not be calculated into students’ final grades.
Principal liaison groups will be convened once standards have been set to determine appropriate procedures.

District-Developed EOCs, 2014-15
Principals will designate use of departmentalized or teacher-created EOCs in a new SPI application.
Scores will be collected through the electronic gradebook system (not to be factored into course GPA).
Priority for further development of DDEOCs based on student enrollment in uncovered courses.

Principal/Teacher Selected Tests, 2014-15
Test Window: May 11- June 5, 2015
Schools may begin administration of the DDEOCs as soon as they finish the statewide testing programs
DDEOC assessments will be administered through Thinkgate and Florida IBTP
Schools will have option to print test forms and use scannable answer sheets.
Strict security protocols must be followed. 10
