Dear family,

We started another year of playful educational activities at the European School, but this is not one more year. We come from a time when we have lived through difficult times and we started the school year full of uncertainty. But this situation cannot stop us and in order to carry out our activities with maximum security we have designed an action protocol that seeks to minimize the risk of contagion as much as possible. For this we will need your help as a family and your sons and daughters as participants in our workshops. (You can consult this protocol in the space provided for the Euro-pean School on our website www.auca.es)

From the auca projectes educatius company, we want to thank you for the trust one more year for the execution of the after School activities of the year 2020/2021. We are a sociocultural animation company, specialised in the management of educational and after school activities. For more than 17 years, we have been managing a multitude of educational projects aimed at all ages, throughout the Valencian Community, with the same motto: creating spaces to educate.

We put at your disposal our management personnel (educators, pedagogues, sports technicians, technicians of socio-cultural animation ...) and our team of specialised monitors and instructors. They will teach each one of the workshops offered, to assist you in your doubts and to offer the highest quality in the activities that we organize.

We distinguish ourselves by the quality of our services, by the effort we make in that our activities combine fun and learning and close management with families and the school.

GENERAL

1. All activities are carried out under the COVID-19 prevention protocol established by the Europe-an School and by the regulations established in the COVID-19 Prevention Protocol of auca, pro-jectes educatius.

All families and participants must know and strictly apply these protocols.

The contents of the workshops, number of participants, workshops offered and other char-acteristics of extracurricular activities could be modified throughout the school year motivated by the need to adapt to the current changing situation.

Enrollment in extracurricular activities implies a firm commitment to accept and comply with the measures described, both in this document and in the aforementioned documents. Espe-cially important will be the collection, in the shortest possible time, of a participant who pres-ents symptoms compatible with a COVID-19 infection and the information of its evolution both to the center and to auca. projectes educa-tius, through the contact email

2. After-school activities will take place on Wednesday and Friday at two different times; 13.45 h to 15.00 h and 15.00 h to 16.15 h.

3. If you register two days a week the activity should be the same Wednesday and Friday.

4. During this time the students will not be allowed to stay in the center if they are not doing any of the after-school activities at the first or the second turn, or if they are in the babysitting service El Faro.

5. To ensure the quality of the workshop it will not be possi-ble to accept any other student when the maximum number of registrations is already reached, therefore a waiting list will be established.

6. For robotics workshops (NANOBOTS, BYTEBOTS and MEGABOTS) and COMPUTER SICIENCE only registrations will be accepted for the two days a week and not for a single day a week for reasons of the methodology of the activity.

7. The minimum number of students needed to open a workshop will be of 9.

8. The activities will be carried out, and will remain open, provided the minimum number of registered students is reached and depending on the availability of classrooms.

9. Cancellations or changes of activities will be notified before the 30th of the month. No changes will be allowed once the month has begun.

THE PERFORMANCE STANDARDSSCHOOL WORKSHOPS 2020-2021

1. Registration period: from 1 to 15 August 2020.

2. The inscriptions to the activities will be carried out following the following order:

a. Participants already registered in the 2019-2020 school year

b. And for the rest of places by order of entry of the registration sent by e-mail.

3. 20% of the seats are reserved totals of each activity for new students of the European School

4. When all of the places have been filled, a waiting list will be established according to order of inscription.

5. After the newly enrolled students have been allowed to register in September, all availa-ble places will be allocated according to the waiting list.

6. At the end of the registration period, you will be informed as to which activities the children have been assigned.

1. Doubts and questions regarding extra-school activities must be asked directly to the company.

2. On Wednesdays and Fridays a company’s coordinator will be at your disposal during the after-school activities in Europe-an School.

3. Student pick up outside the normal time must be notified in advance by email. Children must be collected from the Primary door.

1. Participants in extracurricular activities shall apply the rules of behavior and coexistence in force at the center during school hours..

2. Following a serious misconduct of coexistence, a student may be expelled from a workshop, losing his place in it.

1. The company will charge fees of activities between the 1st and 5th of each month by direct debit.

2. Returned receipts have a surcharge of € 2.50 in respect of bank fee refund..

3. After starting the month there will be no possibility of making any refund.

1. All workshops last two days and a price of 22,50 € / month except from Robotics workshops (Nano-bots, Bytebots and Megabots), which are 37,50 € / month, Lucentum Basketball is 26,50 € /month and Czech Culture is 30,50 €/month and Minichef 28,50 €.

2. Registration for one day a week is charged half the fee.
