Your certified tour driver will provide you with a narrated tour of Oahu’s scenic sites. Along the way, you will hear stories, learn about local culture and Hawaiian history, and make lifetime friendships with other guests and your driver.

See Oahu’s spectacular southeast coastlines at Hanauma Bay and the Halona “Blow Hole” Lookout. Then, see north shore beaches of Oahu such as Waimea Bay. Later, see panoramic views of windward Oahu at the Nuuanu Pali Lookout. In addition, you will see two great architectural structures on Oahu: The Laie Hawaii Temple, a Mormon temple in Laie, and Byodo-In, a non-denominational Buddhist temple located in the Valley of the Temples in Windward Oahu.

TOUR DESCRIPTION:Your tour experience starts at your pickup point as your certified tour driver guide shares with you Hawaiian history, local culture and interesting facts about Pearl Harbor and Honolulu city. A visit to the USS Arizona in Pearl Harbor is a “must see” activity for every Hawaiian vacation. Hundreds of visitors arrive daily. This tour starts out earlier than any other Pearl Harbor tour to get you first in line to board the vessel that takes visitors to the memorial over the sunken USS Arizona. Experience history through wayside exhibits, visitor center and museum as well as short film before the short boat ride to the memorial. After Pearl Harbor, your driver guide will take you on a drive through the National Cemetery of the Pacific at Punchbowl with a breathtaking view of Honolulu city before driving through Honolulu city highlighting historic sites such as Iolani Palace, the only official state residence of royalty in the U.S., and the King Kamehameha statue, which pays homage to the warrior king who unified the Hawaiian islands.

Take in the panoramic view of the Pacific, world famous Waikiki and the city of Honolulu as you sail down the coast.

The 2 ½ hour Cruise includes an island-style buffet dinner, a Polynesian show, live music and dancing.

Teams will be transferred by coach to the vessel from their hotels in time to board for the 6pm departure. Transfers will be provided back to hotels when the Cruise returns to port at 8.30pm.

The Ali’i Kai has been reserved exclusively for the Golden Oldies Hockey Festival participants, so this is a great time to mix and mingle with other teams from around the world.
