IXM EXTERNAL ROBOT INTEGRATION INFORMATION -The drawings in this document are applicable to the IXM base unit and all the IXM integrated options which include EC, EC + Fluidics, TL and TL + EC. However, only the TL + EC is shown in this documentation with the exception of the last two pages which show the EC + Fluidics and the clearance needed for the side and front access doors. -Both IGES files and SolidWorks edrawing files have been posted on the network of the TL + EC unit [see “Base Unit + TL-EC(Copy).EASM”, “Base Unit + TL-EC(Door Open).ESAM”, and “Base Unit + TL-EC(Copy).IGS”] for customers that are interested in more detail. Also posted is the EC + Fluidics unit [see “Base Unit + EC- Fluidics(Copy).EASM” and “Base Unit + EC-Fluidics(Copy).IGS]. -The bracket assembly (see “Assy-CRS-Linkage.SLDASM” found in the “IXM External Robot Linkage Assembly” folder) that is used to attach/mount any external robot to the base unit or the base unit with any of the integrated IXM options, has been posted (drawings and models in SolidWorks format) for customers to use. The “Assy-CRS- Linkage” is shown in its default configuration with the plate for attachment to a CRS robot. Customers are free to design their own attachment designs to integrate with the posted documentation.
