PV-Express forms are extremely flexibleWith a library of forms, you can capture data such as Adverse Events, Enquiries, QA Investigation
results and Follow-up information.
PV-Express forms are accessible......from the web or can be distributed as PDF files to anyone you wish, such as satellite offices, licence
partners, sales representatives and even the general public.
How PV-Express WorksPV-Express uses PDF forms to collect data. These forms use the same reference data as PV-Works (e.g. product
names, codelists). This ensures accuracy, consistency and common vocabulary.
PV-Express forms are deployed via the web or as standalone files. This provides a global reach to users with an
internet connection and those ‘on the road’.
Completed forms are submitted to PV-Works in a protected environment that uses 128-bit encryption and secure
HTTPS connections.
A few minutes after submission, form data is available in PV-Works for review. A ‘to-do’ list entry notifies the
PV-Works user that new data has been received.
Multi Language CapabilityPV-Express allows data capture in the user’s native language. The whole PDF form can be designed in another
language – field descriptions, vocabulary lists and user instructions.
Upon import of the form data to PV-Works, all data is translated automatically to English. This includes all free text
such as a case summary.

Forms can be designed in many languages such as Español, Français, Deutsch, (Hindi), ةيبرعلا (Arabic),
漢字 (Kanji) and (Simplified Chinese).
