ExerciseScenario: Creating Staff Directory/

Organizational Chart

An administrator from faculty office finds that more

and more people are listed in the staff contact list

recently. She is thinking of ways to improve the

efficiency in finding contact information and the

understanding between staff. She is going to ask

staff to fill in an “understanding me” form and will

share this information among staff. Besides, her

boss also wants to know who reports to who in the

organization, who has a large number of people

reporting to him/her, and who has none.
