NEW Acquisition* McIntyre Brook Gold Project, New Brunswick
The McIntyre Gold Project represents an exciting new exploration model that has only recently been recognizedto occur in the Maritimes with geological features comparable to world class iron oxide-copper-gold (IOCG)deposits such as 3Bt Olympic Dam in Australia and 600mt Candelaria in Chile.
Main Iapetus
Suture
St. Barbara (Atlantic Gold)

Two ancient super-continents Gondwanaland, (today South America, Africa, Antarctica and India), and Laurentia, (today North America and
Greenland), slowly collided roughly between 450-350 million years ago compressing the earth’s crust in between creating “orogenic” belts, or
new mountain ranges. The Iapetus Suture Line is the line along which both ancient continents collided and ultimately “sutured” together. The
Iapetus Suture Line is the focus of successful past and current gold mining and now renewed exploration activity for “orogenic” and newly
recognized iron oxide-copper-gold (IOCG) types along it.

*Hematite and magnetite are iron oxide minerals; when associated with copper and gold mineralization in brecciated host rocks are diagnostic of Iron Oxide-Copper-Gold (IOCG) type deposits such as Olympic Dam, Australia and Candelaria, Chile

Features 40 significant gold values between 0.20 and 41.56 gptgold out of a total 46 grab samples collected from bedrockexposed in trenches along 300 metres of strike length.
Zones open at both ends and occur within a 480 metre wide, 8to 165 ppb gold-in-soil anomaly that also remains open beyond500 metres of strike length.
