PASSPORT AND VISA
You must hold a valid passport to enter Laos. Your passport should be valid for more than six(6) months from the date of return. No visa is required for passport holder of the ASEAN countries.Otherwise, visa upon arrival is available at both Vientiane and LuangPrabang Interna- tional airport at a fee and a passport photo.
Please keep your passport with you at all the times, do not pack it into your luggage. You are advised to hold on to your own passport while on tour.

The official language is Lao. Other languages used are French, English, Chines, Thai and Vietnamese.
TIME DIFFERENCE
Laos is 1 hour behind Singapore/Malaysia
ELECTRICITY
24 hour electricity is available in all major population centers and many district capitals. Laos uses 220 volts / 50 Hz. A 2 round or 2 flat adaptor is required. It is advisable to bring a
torch light in case of temporary power failure and also when visiting the caves. WATER/FOOD
Laos has only basic healthcare. Precautionary measure like consuming only well cooked food, drinking bottled mineral water, staying hydrated, avoid being bitten by mosquitoes and wearing protective clothing will help prevent most common ailments. Most hotels provide compli- mentary mineral water in the room.

Tour prices are based on current airfares and service prices (e.g. Government tax and exchange rates) applicable at the time of print and quotation are subject to change without notice.
3. CHILD FARE
Child fare is only applicable for children below twelve (12) years of age and subject to the relevant Supplier's requirements.
4. SPECIAL REQUEST
If there are any requests regarding special meals, dietary requirements, adjoining rooms and others, please inform the Company when making the reservation. Such request are subject to availability and confirma- tion.
5. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
It is the passenger's responsibility to ensure that his/her international passport has a validity period of at least six (6) months from the date of return. Relevant visas and vaccination may be required. Cancellation charges apply for any cancellation due to on-approved of visas or any other reasons as stared above. For Singapore/Malaysia permanent residents, please bring along your exit permits when traveling.
6. RESPONDIBILITY AND LIABILITY
The Company and it's associate act only as an agent for the service providers including without limitation, transportation companies, hotels and other service provider for the tour programs. Therefore, the Company accepts no liability for any loss or damages caused by the acts, omissions or negligence of any Supplier.
The Company accepts no liability nor responsibility for injuries, damage, accident, loss (including without limitation, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential loss, economic loss), delay, theft, quaran- tine, customs regulation, strike force majeure, changes in itinerary, deportation or refusal of entry by Immigration authorities resulting from improper travel documents, possession of unlawful items or irregulari- ties that may be caused to person or property. Any losses and expense are to be borne by the passenger.
In the event that the Company is found liable by a court of competent jurisdiction on any basis in relation to your booing done through the Company, the Company's maximum liability to you is limited to the cost of the booking in question.
The Company reserves the right to alter itineraries, travel arrange- ments, hotel reservations and to specify the language(s) in which the tour guide will conduct the commentaries.

My name is Ninthala Keokhamphet. Nin for short. I
live in LuangPrabang and i am very proud and
passionate about my country, my people and my
culture. Since I was young boy, I benefitted greatly
as a monk for 6 years by interacting with foreigners
whom volunteered teach English at our temple.
After leaving the monastery, I continued picking up
new skills by becoming a licensed tour guide for 5
years, running a hotel for 10 years and now a tour
agency.

The Company reserves the right to cancel any tour fourteen (14) days prior to date or departure for any reasons, including without imitation insufficient number of participants. Should this happen, the entire payment shall be refunded without further obligations on the part of the Company. The Company may, in it's absolute discretion, recommend alternative tours, preferably to the same destination or other destina- tions. Should the passenger decide not to accept the alternatives, all monies paid shall be refunded in full by The Company without further obligations on the part of the Company.
The Company also reserves the right to decline the customer as a member of the tour if it deems in it's sole discretion, his/her act of conduct as detrimental to or incompatible with the interest, harmony and welfare of other passengers and the tour as a whole. The Company shall be under no further liability thereafter to any such person.
