How far is the desert safari from Dubai?

The desert camp/fortress is located in Dubai Heritage

Vision. Our camp is easily accessible by all types of

vehicles and is merely only a 35 min ride from Dubai.

What type of clothes should I wear to the desert?

This depends on the climate, although it is recommended

to wear something comfortable with shoes or sandals.

Sunglasses are a must to carry throughout all climate

seasons. It is not mandatory to cover your knees or

shoulders. Carry a jacket in the winter season

(Nov-March).

Do you serve alcohol in the desert camp only?

All our venues including the desert camps and dhow

cruises have a licensed bar.

What is the boarding time for dhow cruise dinner?

The boarding time starts at 8 pm, please do make sure

to arrive on time as we depart at 8:30 pm sharp and do

not want to keep the other guests waiting.

Is there any cancellation charge?

Yes, we charge full payment for no-shows. However, if

you request 24 hours in advance to amend the booking

before your experience, we can postpone the booking to

a suitable date.

I am vegetarian, is there veg food available?

Yes, we have vegetarian options on our menu, please do

make sure to mention any preferences for food while

booking.
