What has been the largest contributor to the growth of your career within ECS?Ambition, management’s belief and support in me.
What was your biggest struggle along the way? How did you overcome it? Managing personalities! Who says I have overcome it? Best thing that has helped me is to surround myself with people that are smarter than me, listen to their ideas, thoughts, and concerns and do whatever I can do each day to make them succeed.
Please tell us why you have made ECS your company of choice: I have now worked with three consulting firms in my professional career. Hands down, ECS has provided me with the most support, mentoring, and training from both a technical and business development perspective. Unlike other consulting firms whose upper management guards their clientele, ECS encourages and supports all staff to be a direct contributor to our clients’ success. Within ECS, career opportunities abound!
